dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, 4-sülfamoyilbenzoik asit (Hpsba) ve 2-metoksi-5-sülfamoyilbenzoik asit (H2MeO5sba) ile 2-amino-3-metilpiridinin (2a3mp) proton transfer tuzları (psba2a3mp ve 2a3mp2MeO5sba), asit türevleri ve proton transfer tuzlarının Cu(II) metal kompleksleri (Cupsba, Cu2MeO5sba, Cupsba2a3mp ve Cu2MeO5sba2a3mp) sentezlenmiştir. Amorf haldeki proton transfer tuzlarının yapıları, elemental analiz, 1H-NMR, FT-IR ve UV-Vis metodları ile amorf haldeki Cu(II) metal komplesklerinin yapıları ise elementel analiz, ICP-OES, FT-IR, UV-Vis, manyetik duyarlılık ve molar iletkenlik teknikleri ile önerilmiştir. Ayrıca, başlangıç maddeleri, tuzlar ve bunların Cu(II) komplekslerin Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 29213) (Gram pozitif), Enterococcus faecalis (ATCC 29212) (Gram negatif), Candida krusei (ATCC 6258) (maya) ve Candida parapisilozis (ATCC 22019) (maya) mikroorganizmalarına karşı antimikrobiyal ve antifungal özellikleri incelenmiştir. kullanılmış, sonuçlar antibakteriyel kontrol bileşikleri Levofloksasin, Cefepim, Vankomisin ve antifungal bileşiği Flucanozole ile karşılaştırılmıştır. İncelenen bileşiklerin minimum inhibisyon konsantrasyonu (MİK) değerleri Staphylococcus aureus bakterisinde 31,25-125 µg/mL, Escherichia coli bakterisinde 31,25-250 µg/mL, Enterococcus faecalis bakterisinde 31,25-250 µg/mL, Candida krusei mayasında 62,50-500 µg/mL ve Candida parapisilozis mayasında 31,25-125 µg/mL aralığında bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, two novel proton transfer salts (psba2a3mp and 2MeO5sba2a3mp) have been prepared between 4-sulfamoilbenzoic acid (Hpsba) and 2-methoxy-5-sulfamoilbenzoic acid (H2MeO5sba) and 2-amino-3-methylpyridine (2a3mp), acid derivatives and their Cu(II) complexes have also been synthesized. The structures of amorphous proton transfer salts have been characterized by elemental analysis, 1H-NMR, FT-IR and UV-Vis methods while the structures of amorphous metal complexes have been proposed by elemental analysis, ICP-OES techniques, FT-IR, UV-Vis, magnetic susceptibility and molar conductivity methods. Besides, the antibacterial and antifungal activities of the starting materials, salts and their complexes were investigated in vitro against to Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 29213) (Gram positive), Enterococcus faecalis (ATCC 29212) (Gram negative), Candida krusei (ATCC 6258) (yeast) and Candida parapisilozis (ATCC 22019) (yeast). The results have been compared with Levofloxacin, Cefepim, Vancomycin and antifungal compound Flucanozole antibacterial control compounds minimum inhibitory consantration (MIC) values of the investigated compounds were found in the range of 31,25-125 µg/mL, 31,25-250 µg/mL, 31,25-250 µg/mL, 62,50-500 µg/mL and 31,25-125 µg/mL, respectively.en_US
