dc.description.abstract77 Ö£El Biz bu çalışmada. primer hipotiroidil olgularda trombosit 14 C-glikoz membran transportunu inceledik. Hastalarda ve normal kişilerde bazı fibrinoiltik parametreleri vs kan lipid profilini de gözden geçirdik. 21 hipotiroldil ve 10 normotiroldil kişiden elde edilen trombositten zengin plazma süspanse edildi, yıkandı ve trombosil sayıları standardize edildi. Örnekler +4C ve+ 37C 'de 15 dakika inkübe edildi. Sonra 1 mi örnek üzerine 10 mikroiltre 14 C-giikoz ( 10-3 M ) eklendi. Mililpor filtreler üzerindeki 14 C-glikoz'un radyoaktivitesi Beta sayıcıda ölçüldü. Primer hipotiroidi grubunda trombosît 14 C-glikoz membran transportu 0.071 + 0.037 nMoi 14 C-glikoz / 109 trombosit / 20 dakika İken normotiroldil olgularda bu parametre 0.184 + 0.078 nMoi 14 C-gilkoz / 109 trombosit / 20 dakika İdi.78 Sonuçta, primer hipotiroldide trornbosit 14 C-glikoz membran transportunda istatistiki olarak anlamlı (p< 0.001} bir defekt bulduk. Bu sonucun nedenine yönelik olarak bir dizi daha çalışmaya gereksinim olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.
dc.description.abstract73 SUMMARY în this study we investigated the platelet membrane transport of 14 C D-giucose In primary hypothyroid*». Some fibrinolytic parameters and blood lipid profile in normal and in patients were also investigated. Platelet- rich plasma obtained from 21 hypothyroids patients and 10 euthyroidic control subjects; hornojenized. washed and the number of platelets standardized. And the samples are incubated + 4C and + 3/ C for 15 minutes. And then 10 microliters 14 c D-giucose { 10 -3 ivi ) is added on 1.0 mi samples. The radioactivity of 14 c D-giucose on the miiiipore filters is assayed with Beta counter. The mean platelet 14 C D-giucose membrane transport in hypothyroidlc group was 0.071 + 0.037 niVlol 14 c D-glucose /10 s platelets / 20 min.f whereas in euthyroidic group it was 0,184^ 0.078 niMoi 14 c D- glucose / 1Q3 platelets / 20 min. As a conclusion, we observed a statistically important ( p < 0.001 ) defect in platelet membrane 14 C D-giucose transport in primary hypotiroldlsm. We are planning of further investigations to understand the cause of this defect whether It Is related with changes In platelets itself or other changes in plasma.en_US
