Atış artıklarının toplama ve belirleme yöntemleri

Abstract

127 ÖZET İntihar ve cinayet olaylarının soruşturulmasında atış artıklarının tespiti büyük önem taşımaktadır. Olayda kullanılan ateşli silahın tespiti kadar, silahı kullanan kişinin tesbitide önemlidir. Bu ihtiyaca cevap verebilecek kapsül artıklarının içerisindeki elementlerin oluşturduğu inorganik bileşiklerin toplanması ve belirlenmesi konusunda bir çok teknik ve metot geliştirilmiştir. Bu konularda çok çeşitli teknik ve metotlar olmasına rağmen, bunları karşılaştırarak hangisinin yaygın ve uygun olduğu konusunda ülkemizde genel bir çalışma yapılmamıştır. Aslında bu tip araştırmaların sonuçları; atış artıklarının toplanması, aranması ve belirlenmesinde kriminal laboratuarlarımıza kendilerine uygun tekniği seçmelerinde yardımcı olabilir. Tezimde öncelikle atış artığının ne olduğunu, üzerinde hangi çalışmaların yapılabileceğini ve bu çalışmaların olumlu olumsuz yönlerini belirlemeye çalıştım. Umarım bu çalışma atış artıkları ile ilgili kullanılan teknik ve metotlar hakkında kriminal laboratuarların ve olay yer inceleme ekiplerinin çalışmalarında ve bilgi sahibi olmalarını kolaylaştıracaktır. Çalışmamın ilk bölümünde, silahları, fişekleri ve yapılarındaki elementleri sınıflandırdım, sonra bu sınıflandırmayı kullanarak atış artıklarının oluşumu ile arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklamaya çalıştım. Daha sonraki bölümler ise, atış artıklarının oluşumunu, değişik yüzeylerden toplanmasını, tespit edilmesini ve yorumlanmasını ihtiva etmektedir. Aynı zamanda son bölümdeki birkaç çalışmamda atış artıkları hakkındaki karmaşık değerlendirmeleri tespit ederek açıklamaya çalıştım. Tecrübelerimiz atış artıklarının bir çok teknik ve metodu kullanarak önemli bir kanıt haline dönüştürülebileceğini göstermiştir. Ancak atış artıkları ile ilgili geliştirilmiş teknik ve metotların; sadece zamanında, ayrı ayrı veya birlikte, kolaylıkla yok olabilen atış artıklarını tahrip etmeksizin, doğru bir şekilde kullanması ile mümkün olabileceği tespit ettiğimiz önemli bir noktadır.

128 SUMMARY The identification of Gunshot Residues has always been of great significance in the investigation of both homicides and suicides. As determination of the firearm was used in crime, determination of individual has fired the firearm also is important. So over the years, a number of techniques and methods have been developed for collection and determination of inorganic compounds formed by heavy elements of primer residues. Although there are several techniques and methods for these aims, compairing these techniques and methods, no complete search in our country has been made in the matter of which one is common and suitable. Actually, the results of these kind of searches may help our crime laboratories to select a technique for collection, detection, and determination of Gunshot Residues. By studying about Gunshot Residues, I have aimed to determine what Gunshot Residue is, which examinations could be done on Gunshot Residues and the good and bad points of these examinations. I hope this study will facilitate getting information and working of crime laboratories and crime scene investigators about these techniques and methods of Gunshot Residues. At the first part of my study, 1 classified weapons, catridges and the elements İn their materials, then I have tried to determined the formation of Gunshot Residues by using this classification. relation. The other chapters include the formation of Gunshot residues, collection and determination on different surfaces and their commentation concerning with investigation. At the same time I have tried to determine and clarify the confused comments about Gunshot Residues results in my a few examinations in the last chapter. Our experiences showed that Gunshot Residues may be identified as a significant evidence by using many techniques & methods. But it İs the most important point this will be able to be possible that these developed techniques & methods must be applied only on time, seperately or together, without destroying Gunshot Residues that can be lost easily.
