Deri benlik kavramı ve uyuşturucu madde kullanan bireylerin deri benlik yapılanmasının rorschach testi ile incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı ilk defa Didier Anzieu tarafından dile getirilmiş olan deri benlik kavramının ve madde kullanan bireylerin deri benlik yapılanmalarının Rorschach Testi ile araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla ilk önce deri benlik kavramı ve bu kavramla ilgili yapılan çalışmalar araştırılmıştır. Ardından uyuşturucu madde kullanan bireyler arasından araştırma için uygun örneklem grubu tespit edilmiştir. Böylelikle 23 madde (eroin) kullanıcısından oluşan madde grubuna ve yine 23 madde kullanmayan kişiden oluşan kontrol grubuna Rorschach Testi uygulanmıştır. İki grubun sonuçları istatistiksel olarak incelenmiştir. Buna ek olarak grupların testteki zar ve nüfuz etme yanıtları detaylı olarak değerlendirilerek deri benlik yapılanmalarına ait bilgilere ulaşılmıştır.Elde edilen bulgular, uyuşturucu madde kullanan bireylerin deri benlik yapılanmalarında bazı bozulmaların olduğunu, bu kişilerde deri benliğin uyarılma kalkanı işlevinin yerine getirilemediğini, bu bireylerin ilk dönem ilişkilerine ait bazı eksiklerin deri benlik yapılanmalarındaki hassasiyete neden olduğunu göstermiştir.

The main purpose of this research is to investigate the concept of `skin ego? which was first expressed by Didier Anzieu and the skin ego structures of individuals who use drugs employing the Rorschach Test. For this purpose, firstly the concept of `skin ego? and the studies about this concept was investigated. Afterwards the appropriate sample was determined between of the people who are using drugs. Hereby the Rorschach Test was applied to the drug group consisting of 23 drug (heroin) user and the control group consisting of 23 non-drug user. The results of the two groups were analyzed statistically. Additionally, by evaluating the barrier and penetraion of boundary responds in detail, the information about skin ego structures of drug using group were reached.Obtained findings showed us that there are some deteriorations in skin ego structures of drug users, excitation shield functioning of the skin ego can not be fulfilled in these people, some deficiencies in early relationships leads to the sensitivity in skin ego structures.
