Ödemiş- Tire- Kemalpaşa yöresi kırsal turizm ve girişimciliğini tespite yönelik bir araştırma

Abstract

Kırsal turizm doğal kaynaklara dayalı bir turizm türüdür. Kırsal turizm, şehrin yoğunluğundan, aşırı trafikten ve monotonlaşan hayatlarından sıkılarak değişiklik arayan insanlar için cazip turizm olanakları sağlaması yönüyle dikkat çekmektedir. Günümüzde bu alanda hizmet veren konaklama tesisi sayısı bir hayli azdır. Bu çalışmada, İzmir'in Ödemiş, Tire ve Kemalpaşa ilçelerindeki kırsal turizm girişimleri ve girişimcilerin bu konudaki düşünceleri belirlenmek istenmiştir. Bunun için bir mülakat/görüşme formu hazırlanmış ve ilçelerdeki tesislerle birebir görüşme yapılmıştır. Yapılan görüşmelerde işletmelerin kuruluş aşamasında ve kurulduktan sonra yaşadıkları deneyimler, kırsal turizm faaliyetlerine yaklaşımları, ilçelerdeki turizm potansiyeli gibi konulara değinilmiştir. İlçelerde kırsal turizmin ve girişimciliğin uygulanabilirliği konusunda bir takım eksiklikler ve zorluklar olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmada da bu konular vurgulanmak istenmiş olup, getirilebilecek çözüm önerilerine yer verilmektedir. Böylelikle, bu ilçelerdeki kırsal girişimcilik potansiyelini tespit etmek, yörenin sahip olduğu doğal, kültürel ve turizme uyarlanabilen tüm zenginlikleri, konaklama sektöründeki girişimcilerin bakış açısıyla değerlendirmek ve kırsal turizmin geleceğine ışık tutmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada kırsal turizm girişimciliğinin bu yörede geliştirilebilir olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.Anahtar kelimeler: Turizm, Kırsal Turizm, Girişimcilik, Kırsal Turizm Girişimciliği.

Rural tourism is a form of tourism based on natural resources. Rural tourism attracts attention of people who are bored from the crowd of city life, excessive traffic and monotonous life in the frame of attractive tourism opportunities. Today the number of accommodation facilities serving this area is a great deal less. In this work was taken to determine rural tourism entreprises and the opinions of those entreprenuer relating to this topic in the districts of Ödemiş, Tire and Kemalpaşa in Izmir.For that, an interview/ meeting form prepared and facilities in district were interviewed one by one. In the interviews, it is touched on the some subjects such as the experiences that was ocur during its establishment phase and after established of the establishments, their aapproach to rural tourism activities and tourism potential of districts. It is seen that there is some deficiencies and difficulties about the practicality of entrepreneurship and rural tourism in districts. These topics were emphasized and also the solutions that can be imposed are given in this study. In this way, it is purposed to determine the potential of rural entrepreneurship in these districts, the region's owned natural, cultural and all the wealth that can be adapted to tourism, evaluating the perspective of entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry and to shed light on the future of rural tourism. In this study, research findings proof that rural tourism entrepreneurship can be developed in this region.Key Words: Tourism, Rural Tourism, Entrepreneurship, Rural Tourism Entrepreneurship.
