dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada sağlık çalışanlarının duygusal zeka düzeyi ve iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesine dair, İstanbul'da bir özel hastanenin 108 çalışanı üzerinde anket uygulanmıştır. `Duygusal Zeka Özellik Ölçeği-Kısa Formu (DZÖÖ-KF)` ve `Minesota İş Doyumu ölçeği` kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre pozitif ilişki bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: İş doyumu, duygusal zeka, sağlık çalışanları
dc.description.abstractThis study on the determination of the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction levels of health workers , the survey of over 108 employees of a private hospital in Istanbul was performed. ` Emotional Intelligence Scale - Short Form Feature ( DZÖÖ - CF) ` and ` Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale ` is used.
