Abstract

Sporda centilmenliğin en çok gerektiği yer yarışma ya da karşılaşma sporlarıdır. Bunlarda da amatörlükten profesyonelliğe gidildikçe sportif erdem gereksinimi artar. Zira profesyonellikte beklenti başarı yönündedir. Spor, kişilerin kurallara uygun olarak rakibine saygı duyacağı ve değer vereceği bir faaliyettir. Dolayısıyla bireylerin, rakiplerine karşı sportmence davranmaları etik kurallar kapsamına girer. Empati becerisi de spordaki etik davranışları yönlendiren etkenlerden biridir. Bir sporcu, empati becerisini arttırabildiği takdirde sportmenlik yönelimi de etkilenecektir. Bu nedenle empati, futbol oynayan sporcularda geliştirilmesi gereken bir özelliktir.Bu araştırmada, güneydoğu anadolu bölgesi futbol takımlarında amatör olarak futbol oynayan sporcuların sportmenlik yönelimleri ve empatik eğilim düzeyleri araştırılmıştır.

An athlete can increase empathy skills in the case where the orientation of sportsmanship will be affected as well. For this reason empathy is a feature that needs to be developed for soccer-playing athletes. In this research, the spotmanship orientations and empathic tendencies of the amateur soccer players in the southeastern region football teams were investigated.
