7-13 yaş spor okulu futbolcularının antropometrik değerleri ile motor becerilerinin karşılaştırılması – İstanbul ili örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma, İstanbul'un çeşitli semtlerindeki 7-13 yaş arasındaki çocuk futbolcuların antropometrik ve motor performans değerlerinin karşılaştırılması için oluşturulmuştur. Bu doğrultuda, İstanbul'un Bakırköy, Beylikdüzü, Esenler, Kağıthane, Kartal ve Sancaktepe ilçelerinde ikamet eden ve spor okullarına giden 773 çocuk futbolcunun ölçümleri yapılmıştır. Bu çocuk futbolculardan 84'ü 7 yaşında, 148'i 8 yaşında, 127'si 9 yaşında, 118'i 10 yaşında, 131'i 11 yaşında, 112'si 12 yaşında ve 53'ü de 13 yaşındadır. Seçilen çocuk futbolcular, tamamen rastsal olarak seçilmiş olup, çalışmaya katılım tamamen gönüllülük esasına göre gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcılar, çalışma kapsamında durarak uzun atlama, sağlık topu atışı, dikey sıçrama, otur-eriş, 20 m sürat koşusu, 10 m x 5 çabukluk, kol sürati, sırt kuvveti ve pençe kuvveti testlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Ölçümler sonucunda elde edilen bulgular ise ANOVA ve MANOVA teknikleri ile analiz edilmiş, ve buna göre yorumlarda bulunulmuştur. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular sonucu Bakırköy ilçesinin, diğer ilçelere göre motor performans açısından daha başarılı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmadaki ilçelerin genel ortalamasının, Avrupa'daki standartlardan daha başarılı olduğu saptanmıştır.

This study was designed to compare the anthropometric and motor performance values of children who are 7-13 years old in various districts of Istanbul. In this direc-tion, 773 child football players who are residing in districts of İstanbul those are İstan-bul Bakırköy, Beylikdüzü, Esenler, Kağıthane, Kartal and Sancaktepe, and going to sports schools, were measured. From these child football players, 84 of them are 7 years old, 148 of them are 8 years old, 127 of them are 9 years old, 118 of them are 10 years old, 131 of them are 11 years old, 112 of them are 12 years old, and 53 of them are 13 years old. Selected child football players are picked entirely random, and participation to work were done entirely voluntarily. Participants are subjected to standing broad jump, softball throw, vertical jump, sit and reach, 20 meter endurance shuttle run, 10 meter x 5 shuttle run, plate tapping, back strength and handgrip test in the scope of work. Findings obtained as a result of the measurements were analyzed with ANOVA and MANOVA techniques, and interpretations were made accordingly. Findings ob-tained in the study have been determined that Bakırköy district is more successful than other districts in terms of motor performance. In addition, it has been determined that the general average of the analyzed districts is more successful than the European stand-ards.
