12 yaş basketbol ve futbolcularda bazı antropometrik ve fiziksel uygunluk parametrelerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı 12 yaşında futbol ve basketbol oynayan sporcuların antropometrik ve fiziksel uygunluk parametrelerini karşılaştırmak ve aralarındaki farklılıkları ortaya çıkarmaktır. Ayrıca gelişim dönemi itibarı ile branşın grektirdiği antropometrik ve fiziksel uygunluk parametrelerinin hangi farklılılarının ortaya çıktığının belirlenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Eroğlu spor kulübünde futbol oynayan 12 yaşında toplam 15 sporcu ile Pertevniyal spor kulübünde basketbol oynayan 12 yaşında toplam 15 sporcu ölçümlere katılmıştır. Bu sporculara Eurofit test protokolünü uygulamaları istenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25 paket programı ile kayıt edilmiştir. İstatistiksel işlemler için Mann Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır.Sonuç olarak; beden kompozisyonu değerlerinde boy uzunluğu parametresinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Basketbol oyuncularının 12 yaş döenminde olmasına ragmen, boy uzunluk değerleri futbol oyuncularının boy uzunluk değerlerinden daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Mann Whitney U testi ile elde edilinen verilere göre; esneklik ve 20 metre sürat testinde futbol oyuncuları lehine, durarak uzun atlama testinde ise basketbol oyuncuları lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Pençe kuvveti, çabukluk, reaksiyon, flamingo denge ve mekik koşusu testlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır.

The aim of this study is to comparison the anthropometric and physical fitness parameters of athletes playing football and basketball at the age of 12 and reveal the differences between them. In addition, the differences in the anthropometric and physical fitness parameters of the branch in the development period are determined. In line with this aim, a total of 15 athletes at the age of 12 who played football at Eroğlu sports club and 15 athletes at the age of 12 who played basketball at Pertevniyal sports club participated in the measurements. These athletes were asked to apply the Eurofit test protocol. The data were recorded with SPSS 25 package program. Mann Whitney U test was used as the statistical process. Statistically significant differences were found in height values of body composition values. 12 years of basketball players although the length values of football players were found to be higher than the height length values. According to the data obtained by Michael Whitney U test; and 20 meters speed test in favor of football players, while standing long jump test in shuttle running of basketball players were not found statistically significant differences in favor of the peg.
