Duyusal integrasyon ve praksis testlerinden motor doğruluk testinin geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalışması

Abstract

Duyusal İntegrasyon ve Praksis Testleri'nin (DİPT) 17 alt testinden biri olan Motor Doğruluk- Revize (MD-R) testi öncelikle el göz koordinasyonuna yönelik olmakla birlikte görsel, vestibüler, somatosensoriyal, bilateral integrasyon alanları ile çok yönlü değerlendirme sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı MD-R testinin ülkemizde geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğinin belirlenmesidir.Çalışma örneklemini Hatay İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı bir ilköğretim okulunda okuyan, 6-8 yaş 11 ay arasındaki 100 çocuktan oluşturuldu. Çalışmaya alınacak kişi sayısı, %95 güven ve %80 güç ile 87 kişi şeklinde hesaplandı. İleriye dönük bilgi kaybı olabileceği düşünülerek, en az 100 kişi çalışmaya alındı. Çocuklar çalışma evreninden rastgele örneklem yöntemi ile seçildi. Çalışmaya alınan çocuklara MD-R testi 2 hafta ara ile test-retest şeklinde uygulanmış olup bu sonuçlar arasındaki farkın anlamlı olup olmadığı irdelendi. FGAT El göz koordinasyon testi ise her çocuğa bir defa uygulandı ve MD-R testi ile arasındaki ilişki incelendi. Geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik için kullanılan testler; sürekli değişkenlerin normal dağılıp dağılmadığı Shapiro-Wilk Testi ile irdelendi ve test-retest ölçümleri karşılaştırmalarında normal dağılımlı değişkenler Paired Samples Test ile normal dağılmayan değişkenler ise Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Testi ile değerlendirildi. İki sürekli değişken arasındaki ilişkinin anlamlılığını, yönünü ve gücünü belirlemek amacıyla verilerin normal dağılması halinde Pearson Korelasyon Katsayısı, normal dağılmaması halinde Spearman Korelasyon Katsayısı kullanıldı.Çalışmanın bulgularına göre MD-R testinin ülkemizde 6-8 yaş 11 ay arası çocuklarda geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.Anahtar Sözcükler: DİPT, Motor Doğruluk, Geçerlilik, Güvenilirlik

The aim of this study is to identify the validity and reliability of the MAc-R test of the SIPT in our country. The study sample group consists of 100 children who are studying in a primary school registered to Hatay Provincial Directorate of National Education. The children`s ages range between 6 years and 8 years 11 months. The number of participants to be included in the study was calculated as 87 people with 95% trust and 80% power. Considering that there may be prospective information loss, at least 100 individuals were included to the study. The children were selected from the study universe with the random sampling method. The MAc-R test was implemented on the studied children through test-retest with a 2-week interval and the fact whether the difference between these results was meaningful or not was investigated. On the other hand, Frostig Developmental Test of Visual Perception Eye-Hand Coordination Test was implemented once on each child and its relation with the MAc-R test was examined. As the validity and reliability were calculated, the fact whether constant variables were distributed normally or not was investigated with the Shapiro-Wilk test and normal distributed variables were evaluated with Paired Samples Test while those that were distributed abnormally were evaluated via Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test during the test-retest measurement comparisons. In order to identify the relevance, direction, and power of the relationship between two constant variables, the Pearson Correlation Coefficient was used in case the data were distributed normally while the Spearman Correlation Coefficient was utilized where the data distribution was abnormal. It has been concluded that the MAc-R test is valid and reliable in our country for children aged between 6 years and 8 years 11months. Keywords: SIPT, Motor Accuracy, Validity, Reliability
