| dc.description.abstract | 1204 nolu şer'iyye sicili Hicrî 985-991 arası milâdî 1577-1583 yılları arasınıkapsamaktadır. Toplamda 52 varaktan meydana gelmektedir. Bu sicilde ki kayıtlarda;alacak–verecek, nafaka, mihr, vakfiye, vekâlet, satış, borç, hırsızlık, tereke vb.da'vâlar yer almaktadır. Bu da'valar üzerinden dönemin sosyo-kültürel ve iktisâdîhayatına ışık tutulmaya çalışılmış.
