dc.description.abstract | The ways of the manager's behaviors in reaching the institutional aims and goals affect their staff positively and negatively. Therefore the managers should be careful and pay attention to their staff in their behaviors.In our age(period) motivation is evaluated as an important factor in gaining (obtaninig) productivity. It is an inevitable truth that institutional efficiency and productivity is achieved by good management. Successful management is formed of managers that are responsible for the staff, give value to the staff and understand them.In this structure the aim of the study is to reveal the effects of the manger's behaviours on the staff's motivation level.This research is conducted on the teachers working in Tokat National Education Authority. Survey technique is used in this study to get the data. For the difference between the groups One Way Variance Analyze is used. With(by) the aim of revealing the effect of the manager's behavior on the staff's motivation Chi Square Analyze is used. | |
