Dr. Necmettin YILMAZ Bu çalışmada, Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman, Tokat ve Sivas yöresinden toplanan Lamium amplexicaule L., Micromeria myrtifolia Boiss & Hohen, Lycopus europaeus L., Mentha aquatica L., Salvia sclera L., Melissa officinalis subsp inodora Bornm. Bornm., Salvia syriaca L., Bifora testiculata (L.) Sprengel ex Schulter, Scandix pecten-veneris L., Bunium paucifolium DC. var. paucifolium, Salvia bracteata Banks & Sol, Teucrium chamaedrys subsp. tauricolum (Rech). Fil., Ajuga orientalis L., Phlomis armeniaca Willd, Teucrium polium L., Stachys cretica subsp vacillans Rech. Fil., Salvia multicaulis Vahl., Salvia aethiopis L., Mentha longifolia subsp. longifolia ( L.) Hudson, Nepeta nuda subsp. albiflora(Boiss.) Gams, Ajuga chamaepitys subsp. laevigata Banks & Sol., Nepeta cilicia Boiss., bitki taksonlarının kloroform ve asetonda antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen ekstrelerin antimikrobiyal etkisi Disk Difüzyon metoduna göre Bacillus megaterium NRS, Escherichia coli DM, Listeria monocytogenes BRİE 1, Bacillus, cereus FMC 19, Staphylococcus aureus FÜ, Bacillus brevis FMC 3, Klebsiella pneumoniae FMC 5, Micrococcus luteus LA 2971, Pseudomonas aeruginosa DSM 50071, Proteus vulgaris FMC 1, Mycobacterium smegmatis CCM 2067, Penicillum frequentans, Aspergillus candidus, Fusarium equiseti, ve Byssochlamys fulves kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan bitki ekstreleri, test edilen mikroorganizmaların gelişmelerini değişik oranlarda etkilemiştir. Örneğin: En fazla antimikrobiyal etki Salvia türlerinde bulunmuştur. dc.description.abstract | In this study, extracts of plant taxons were used to determine their antimicrobial effect in chloroform and aceton. Those plant taxons were Lamium amplexicaule L., Micromeria myrtifolia Boiss & Hohen, Lycopus europaeus L., Mentha aquatica L., Salvia sclera L., Melissa officinalis subsp inodora Bornm. Bornm., Salvia syriaca L., Bifora testiculata (L.) Sprengel ex Schulter, Scandix pecten-veneris L., Bunium paucifolium DC. var. paucifolium, Salvia bracteata Banks & SoL, Teucrium chamaedrys subsp. tauricolum (Rech). Gams, Ajuga chamaepitys subsp.IV laevigata Banks & Sol., Nepeta cilicia Boiss., The plant taxons were collected in K.Maraş, Adıyaman, Tokat and Sivas region. The antimicrobial effect of the extracts were tested on Bacillus megaterium NRS, Escherichia coli DM, Listeria monocytogenes BRİE 1, Bacillus, cereus FMC 19, Staphylococcus aureus FÜ, Bacillus brevis FMC 3, Klebsiella pneumoniae FMC 5, Micrococcus luteus LA 2971, Pseudomonas aeruginosa DSM 50071, Proteus vulgaris FMC 1, Mycobacterium smegmatis CCM 2067, Penicillum frequentans, Aspergillus candidus, Fusarium equiseti, and Byssochlamys fulves. using Disc diffusion method. The results indicated that the extracts have an effect on the microorganism test at various rates. For example: the most antimicrobial effect had been found in Salvia species. However the most antifungal effect had been seen in Lamium, Micromeria and Salvia species. | en_US |
