| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada bazı gıda maddelerinde ambalaj malzemesinden kaynaklanan eser metal kirliliği araştırıldı. Örneklerde eser metaller (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ni, Co, Cd) mikrodalga ve yaş yakma metotlarından sonra atomik absorpsiyon spektrometresi ile tayin edildi. Yöntemin doğruluğu NIST SRM 1515 Apple Leaves standart referans materyali ile sağlandı. Sonuçlar standartlarla karşılaştırıldı. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Trace metal pollution sourced from packing materials have been investigated in some food samples in this study. Trace metals (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Ni, Co, Cd, ) in samples were determinated by atomic absorption spectrometry after microwave and wet ashing methods. The accuracy of method was confirmed by NIST SRM 1515 Apple Leaves. The results were compared with standards. | en_US |
