| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Yeşilırmak Nehri'nin Tokat sınırları içindeki bölümünden alınan su örneklerinde algler incelendi ve bazı taksonlar izole edildi. Çalışmada toplam 20 taksonun teşhisi yapılarak izole edildi. İzole edilen türler arasında Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Charophyta ve Ochrophyta (Heterocontophyta) sırasıyla 8, 7, 2 ve 3 taksonla temsil edilmiştir. Gelecekteki çalışmalarda kullanılmak amacıyla, izole edilen algler GOÜ Mikro Alg Kültür Koleksiyonunda saklanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, algae were examined in water samples taken from Yeşilırmak River, within the borders of Tokat prvince and some taxa were isolated. Totally 20 taxa were identified and isolated in the study. Among isolated species Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Charophyta and Ochrophyta (Heterocontophyta) were represented by 8, 7, 2 and 3 taxa respectively. Isolated algae are stored in Microalgae Culture Collection of GOU for future studies. | en_US |
