Florada sırasıyla Ochrophyta'dan Synedra ulna (Nitzsch) Ehrenb., Diatoma vulgare var. producta Grunow, Caloneis amphisbaena (Bory) Cleve, Navicula gracilis Ehrenb., Fragilaria crotonensis Kitton, Cymbella affinis Kütz., C. lanceolata (C.Agardh) Kirchn., Cymatopleura solea (Bréb.) W.Sm., Melosira varians C.Agardh ve Amphora ovalis Kütz.; Charophyta'dan Spirogyra insignis (Hassall) Kütz.; Chlorophyta'dan Pediastrum boryanum var. cornutum (Racib.) Sulek; Cyanobacteria'dan Microcystis aeruginosa (Kütz.) Kütz. türleri dominant olmuştur. Vaucheria borealis Hirn ve V. sessilis (Vaucher) DC. türleri Kelkit Irmağı'ndan izole edilerek yağ asitleri tanımlanmış, V. borealis Hirn'de Palmtic Acid (C 16:0) % 19,33, Palmitoleic Acid (C 16:1) % 32,89, Oleic Acid (C 18:1n9c) % 17,96 ve Eicosapentaenoic Acid (C 20:3n6) % 10,09 ile; V. sessilis (Vaucher) DC.'de Palmtic Acid (C 16:0) % 14,56, Palmitoleic Acid (C 16:1) % 10,73, Linoleic Acid (C 18:2n6c) % 21,67 ve Lignoceric Acid (C 24:0) % 11,51 ile dominant olarak bulunmuştur.
In this research, the composition of phytoplankton of Kelkit River (Erbaa-Tokat) were studied and some algal species were isolated between December 2012-November 2013. In addition, the physical, chemical analysis of the river water as well as fatty acids of some algal species isolated from river were determined too. It was found that Ochrophyta was the dominant algal group in the river. In total, 96 algae species were identifıed the Kelkit River. In fhytoplanton Ochrophyta (59), Charophyta (17), Chlorophyta (9), Cyanobacteria (8) and Euglenophyta (3) was represented. The flora respectively Synedra ulna (Nitzsch) Ehrenb., Diatoma vulgare var. producta Grunow, Caloneis amphisbaena (Bory) Cleve, Navicula gracilis Ehrenb., Fragilaria crotonensis Kitton, Cymbella affinis Kütz., C. lanceolata (C.Agardh) Kirchn., Cymatopleura solea (Bréb.) W.Sm., Melosira varians C.Agardh and Amphora ovalis Kütz. from Ochrophyta; Spirogyra insignis (Hassall) Kütz. from Charophyta; Pediastrum boryanum var. cornutum (Racib.) Sulek from Chlorophyta; Microcystis aeruginosa (Kütz.) Kütz. from Cyanobacteria were dominant. Vaucheria borealis Hirn and V. sessilis (Vaucher) DC. were isolated from Kelkit River and their fatty acids were determined, It was found that V. borealis Hirn'de was the dominant Palmtic Acid (C 16:0) % 19,33, Palmitoleic Acid (C 16:1) % 32,89, Oleic Acid (C 18:1n9c) % 17,96 and Eicosapentaenoic Acid (C 20:3n6) % 10,09 with; V. sessilis (Vaucher) DC.'de Palmtic Acid (C 16:0) % 14,56, Palmitoleic Acid (C 16:1) % 10,73, Linoleic Acid (C 18:2n6c) % 21,67 and Lignoceric Acid (C 24:0) % 11,51.en_US
