dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, hem tetralin hem de piridin halkasını tek bir yapıda barındıran yeni bir bileşik sınıfının 2-amino-4-aril-5,6-dihidrobenzo[H]kinolin-3-karbonitril sentezi hedeflendi. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, 2-amino-4-fenil-5,6-dihidrobenzo[H]kinolin-3-karbonitril (5a-o) elde etmek için 1,2,3,4-Tetrahidro-1-naftalon (1-tetralon) ile ilgili aromatik aldehitler (4a-o), malononitril ve amonyum asetat tek kademeli multikomponent reaksiyonu yöntemiyle toluen içersisinde 24 saat reflüks edildi ve 2-amino-3-siyanopiridin türevleri sentezlendi. Elde edilen siyanopiridin türevlerinin yapıları 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR gibi spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılarak aydınlatıldı.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the synthesis of a new class of 2-amino-4-aryl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[H]quinoline-3-carbonitrile that harbors both a tetraline and pyridine ring in one structure was targeted. In this regard, 1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-1-naphthalone (1-tetralone) and the related aromatic aldehydes (4a-o) were refluxed in toluene for 24 hours with malononitrile and ammonium acetate in a one step multicomponent reaction scheme to synthesize 2-amino-4-phenyl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[H]quinoline-3-carbonitrile (5a-o) and 2-amino-3-cyanopyridine derivatives. The structures of the synthesized cyanopyridine derivatives were enlightened using spectroscopic methods such as 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and IR.en_US
