| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, 2012-2013 yılları arasında, Dicle Nehri'nin Dicle Üniversitesi kampus alanı (Diyarbakır) içerisinde kalan kesiminin alg florası incelendi . Florada bentik ve pelajik habitatlarda toplam 55 taksonun teşhisi yapıldı. Tür çeşitliliği bakımından sırasıyla Bacillariophyta (25), Cyanobacteria (12), Charophyta (8), Chlorophyta (6), Euglenophyta (2), Miozoa (2) tür ile temsil edildi. Bacillariophyta'dan Cymbella affinis Kützing, Diatoma vulgaris Bory; Cyanobacteria'dan Oscillatoria curviceps C.Agardh ex Gomont en bol bulunan türler oldu. Ayrıca suyun fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri de belirlendi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, algal flora of the section of River Tigris that stays inside the campus area of Dicle University (Diyarbakır) were investigated between 2012-2013 years. 55 taxons were identified in bentic and pelagic habitats in the flora. In terms of species diversity, Bacillariophyta (25), Cyanobacteria (12), Charophyta (8), Chlorophyta (6), Euglenophyta (2), Miozoa (2) were represented. Cymbella affinis Kützing, Diatoma vulgaris Bory as Bacillariophyta; Oscillatoria curviceps C.Agardh ex Gomont as Cyanobacteria were the most common species. Moreover, physical and chemical properties of the water were also determined. | en_US |
