Mustafa Kutlu`nun hikayelerinde ekonomi ve siyaset

Abstract

Mustafa Kutlu, Türk öykücülüğünün en önemli isimleri arasında yerini almış bir yazar olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Kutlu'nun Türk edebiyatında kendisine has bir dil ve üslûp ile hikâye sahasında verdiği eserler, nitelik ve nicelik yönünden olduğu kadar muhteva bakımından da bir değer ifade etmektedir.Bütün eserlerinde toplumsal değişimi ve dönüşümü önemli bir tema olarak kullanan Kutlu, içinde yaşadığı toplumun sorunlarına duyarsız kalmamış, insanların içinde dolaşan ve onları yazan, sosyolojik gerçeklik olgusunu hikâyelerine nakşeden bir yazar olmuştur. 1960'ların sonlarında hikâye yazmaya başlayan Kutlu, eserlerinde 1950 sonrası Türkiye toplumunun değişimini ve dönüşümünü ele almıştır. Türkiye'nin modernleşmesine tanıklık eden Kutlu, Türkiye toplumunun sosyal, siyasî ve iktisadî değişimine tanıklık etmiş ve bu olguları hikâyelerinde işlemiştir. Bu sebeple edebiyat-toplum münasebeti çerçevesinde Kutlu'nun eserleri önem arz etmektedir.Mustafa Kutlu, bireysel ve toplumsal açıdan olumsuz sonuçları olan modernliğin neden olduğu sorunları, neden-sonuç çerçevesinde, akılcı ve imgesel anlatımıyla incelemiştir. Kutlu, ekonomi ve siyaseti, modern dünyanın doğurduğu olumsuzluklardan etkilenen ve insan fıtratına ters bir hüviyet kazanan sistemler olarak görmüştür. Ekonominin ve siyasetin insan tabiatına aykırılık arz ettiğini düşünmüştür. Bireyi ve toplumu modernitenin kıskacına sıkışmış bir varlık olarak gören Kutlu, bu süreci özden (fıtrat) kopuş olarak değerlendirmiştir.Ekonomi ve siyaset konusu özelinde yoğunlaşılan bu çalışmada görülecektir ki; Topçu'nun fikirlerini benimsemiş olan Mustafa Kutlu, bu fikir ve tezleri eserlerine yansıtmış ve bir edebi tür olarak hikâye sanatının elverdiği imkânlar dâhilinde onları işlemiştir. Mustafa Kutlu, is a writer who takes his place among the most important names in Turkish short story writing. The works Kutlu has produced in the fields of short story writing in his unique language and style express a value not only from the point of view of quality and quantity but also content.Kutlu who used social change and transformation in all his works did not remain insensitive to the problems of the society in which he lived, and became a writer who mingled with the people and wrote about them, and engraved the fact of social reality in his works. The author who began writing short stories at the end of the 1960's took into consideration the change and transformation in Turkish society after the 1950's in his works. Witnessing the modernisation in Turkey, Kutlu experienced first hand the political and economic change in Turkish society and used these facts in his works. For this reason, his works have an importance within the framework of literature-Society relationship.Mustafa Kutlu examined the rationalistic and imaginary way the problems within the framework of reason-result which are caused by modernity and that have negative results from the point of view of individual and society. Kutlu saw the economic and politics as systems which are affected by negative ness created by the modern world and possess a characteristic which goes in the opposite direction of human nature. He thought that economics and politics went against the grain of human nature. Kutlu who saw the individual and society as an existence which is wedged in the pincers of modernity, evaluated this process as a breakaway from human nature.In this study which has focused on the subject of economics and politics it will be seen that Mustafa Kutlu who considered Topçu's ideas reflected these ideas and thesis in his works and used these as a literary style amid the opportunities suited to story art.
