dc.description.abstractFotodinamik Terapi (PDT)'de fotosensitizör (PS) olarak kullanılmak üzere meso-tetra (4-karboksifenil) porfin (TCPP), Protoporfirin IX (PPIX) moleküllerine biyoaktif gruplar olan; 2-amino-N-oktil propan amit(Oktil Ala), histidin metil ester ve -?,?-Didesil glutamat ester bağlanarak; PPIX Oktil Ala, TCPP-Oktil Ala, TCPP-Metilhistidin ester, PPIX-?,?-Didesil Glutamat Ester (PPIX-Glu) molekülleri. sentezlenerek, 1H-NMR, FT-IR ve UV-Vis. spektroskopi teknikleri ile karakterizasyonları yapıldı.Hidrasyon-Film metodu ile DPPC (Dipalmitoyil-sn-gliserofosfatidilkolin) ve DOPC (Dioleyil-sn-gliserofosfatidilkolin) fosfolipitleri kullanılarak porfirinlerin lipozomları hazırlandı. Hazırlanan lipozomların UV-vis, DLS, Zeta-potansiyel ve SEM karakterizasyonları yapıldı.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, meso-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphine (TCPP) and Protoporphyrin IX (PPIX) molecules were conjugated with bioactive groups of 2-amino-N-octyl propane amide (Octyl Ala), methyl histidine ester, ?,?-Didecyl glutamat ester to get PPIX-Octyl Ala, TCPP- Octyl Ala, TCPP-Methyl histidine ester, PPIX-?,?-Didecyl glutamat ester (PPIX-Glu) molecules. The structures of porphyrine derivatives were characterized by 1H NMR, Uv-Vis, FT-IR. The bioactivated porphyrins were encapsulated into DPPC (Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycerophophatidylcholine) and DOPC (Dioleyl-sn- glycerophophatidylcholine) liposomes by Hydration-Film method and they were characterized by UV-Vis, DLS, Zeta Potential and SEM.en_US
