dc.description.abstractBu tezde Kanuni Sultan Süleyman dönemine ait Revan 1956 numaralı münşeat mecmuası incelenmiş ve öncelikle Latin harflerine çevrilerek transkripsiyonu yapılmıştır. Akabinde metinler ciddi şekilde okunarak Feridun Bey Münşeatı'yla karşılaştırılmış ve mecmuanın kaynak değeri üzerine yorum yapılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, an Ottoman `communication mecmua` which is about the reign of Kanuni Sultan Süleyman has been surveyed and firstly converted to Latin letters and transcripted. After this operation, with reading resiously, all parts in the text have been compared to Feridun Bey's Münşeat and its source value has been evaluated.en_US
