dc.description.abstractAMAÇ: Bu çalışmada tekrarlayan gebelik kayıplarına; Mucin-1, Glikodelin-A, Lokemia Inhibitory Factor, İnterlökin-15 ve Granulosit Colony Stimulation Faktör kan plazma değerlerinin etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.GEREÇ VE YÖNTEM: Bu çalışma Kasım 2016 ve Aralık 2016 tarihleri arasında Dumlupınar Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Evliya Çelebi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum kliniğinde gerçekleştirildi. Çalışmamıza on ikinci gebelik haftasından önce ardı ardına en az 2 defa düşük yapan kırk iki hasta ile hiç düşük yapmamış ve en az 1 tane canlı doğum yapmış olan kırk beş kontrol olmak üzere toplam seksen yedi kişi alınmıştır. Her hastada kan plazma Mucın-1, Glikodelin-a, Lokemia Inhibitory Factor, İnterlökin-15 ve Granulosit Colony Stimulation Faktör düzeyleri incelenmiştir.BULGULAR: Mucin-1 kan plazma seviyeleri hasta ve kontrol grubunda sırasıyla 0,88±0,45 ng/ml ve 1,17±0,57 ng/ml bulunmuştur (p=0,008). Glikodelin-A kan plazma seviyeleri hasta grubunda 23,73±3,72 ng/ml, kontrol grubunda 25,92±4,20 ng/ml saptanmıştır (p=0,006). Lokemia Inhibitory Factor kan plazma seviyeleri ise hasta grubunda 64,59±21,13 pg/ml, kontrol grubunda 72,14±20,89 pg/ml bulunmuştur (p=0,011). İnterlökin-15'in kan plazma seviyeleri hasta ve kontrol grubunda sırasıyla 38,57±55,70 ng/ml ve 31,44±43,65 ng/ml bulunmuştur (p=0,013). Granulosit Colony Stimulation Faktör kan plazma seviyeleri ise hasta grubunda 13,07±3,84 pg/ml, kontrol grubunda 14,11±3,62 pg/ml saptanmıştır (p=0,056) SONUÇ: Çalışmamızın sonucuna göre tekrarlayan gebelik kaybının patolojisinde Mucın-1, Glikodelin-A, Lokemia Inhibitory Factor, İnterlökin-15 önemli bir role sahip olabilir.ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Mucin-1, Glikodelin-A, Lokemia Inhibitory Factor, İnterlökin-15 ve Granulosit Colony Stimulation Faktör, Tekrarlayan Gebelik Kaybı
dc.description.abstractAİM: Our aim was to investigate the plasma levels of Mucin-1, Glycodelin-A, Lokemia Inhibitory Factor, Interleukin-15 and Granulocyte Colony Stimulation Factor in a group of patients who had a history of recurrent pregnancy loss.MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study was carried out in the Department of Gynecology&Obstetrics of Dumlupınar Univercity, School of Medicine between November 2016 and December 2016. A total of 87 patients were enrolled in the study. The study group included 42 patients who had at least two consequetive misscarriage before 12th weeks of pregnancy. The control group included 45 patients who had at least one live birth and didn't have a history misscarriage. The plasma levels of Mucin-1, Glycodelin-a, Lokemia Inhibitory Factor, Interleukin-15 and Granulocyte Colony Stimulation Factor of patients were evaluated. RESULTS: The plasma levels of Mucin-1 in the study and control groups were 0,88±0,45 ng/ml and 1,17±0,57, respectively (p=0,008). The difference between the plasma levels of Glycodelin-A and Lokemia Inhibitory Factor were also statisticaly significant (for Glycodelin-A 23,73±3,72 ng/ml and 25,92±4,20 ng/ml, p=0,006 for Lokemia Inhibitory Factor 64,59±21,13 pg/ml and 72,14±20,89 pg/ml p=0,011). Similarly the plasma levels of Interleukin-15 were signitificantly different two groups (38,57±55,70 ng/ml and 31,44±43,65 ng/ml, p=0,013). The plasma levels of Granulosit Colony Stimulation Factor were 13,07±3,84 pg/ml and 14,11±3,62 pg/ml for study and control groups but the difference was not statistically significant(p=0,056)CONCLUSION: Altered levels of Mucin-1, Glycodelin-A, Lokemia Inhibitory Factor, Interleukin-15 may have a role in the pathogenesis of recurrent pregnancy loss.KEY WORDS: Mucin-1, Glycodelin-A, Lokemia Inhibitory Factor, Interleukin-15 and Granulocyte Colony Stimulation Factor, Recurrent Pregnancy Loss, Recurrent Misscarriage.en_US
