dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Canlı var lıkların hayat ölçüsü zamandır. Zamanı ne tasarruf edebilirsiniz, ne ödünç verebilirsiniz, nede satın alabilirsiniz. Sadece kullanabilir, durduramazsınız. Zamanı iyi kullanabilmek, verimli ve etkili olmasını sağlamak eğitimle mümkün olmakla beraber insan çalışma hayatı ile, dinlenme ve eğlenme ile biyolojik ve fizyolojik ihtiyaçlarını karşılamasına ayırdığı zamanlama dengesini iyi kurabilmelidir. Rekreasyon bir kişinin serbest zamanında gönüllü olarak seçtiği zevk verici aktivitelere katılma eylemi olarak görülmelidir. Ayrıca, bu faaliyetler toplumda ekonomik bir güç, hükümetin önemli bir sorumluluk alanı ve milyonlarca kadın ve erkek için bir istihdam kaynağı olan sosyal bir kurum olarak kabul edilmelidir. Araştırmamızda; serbest zaman, rekreasyon ve boş zaman ile gençlerin gelişim özellikleri ile gençleri ilgi ve ihtiyaçları üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca araştırmamızda gençlerin ne gibi serbest zaman faaliyetleri içinde bulundukları ve bununla ilgili yaşadıkları sorunlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Araştırmada öncelikle birincil kaynaklara ulaşılmaya çalışılmış, daha sonra Kütahya ilinde bulunan belli ortaöğretim kurumlarındaki bayan ve erkeklerden oluşan 4567 kişilik bir öğrenci gruba anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Araştırmamızda elde edilen veriler, SPSS for Windows 9,0 istatistik programında hesaplanmış, frekans ve yüzdelik oranları tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Araştırma bulgularına göre anketimize katılan öğrencilerin bayanlar ve erkekler olmak üzere % 86' ya yakınının belli bir sosyal etkinliğe katılmasına engel hiçbir sağlık sorununun bulunmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Aile fertleri bazı sebepler yüzünden sosyal etkinliğe katılamadıkları görülmüştür. Bu sebeplerin başında ekonomik sebepler yüzünden ailenin tamamen ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için çalışmasıdır. Bu yüzden fırsat bulamamasıdır. Ailelerin % 50' ye yakını hiçbir sportif faaliyetle uğraşmazken, uğraşanlar ise büyük oranda öğrencilerin ağabey veya kardeşleri olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğrencilerin büyük bir kısmı okul dışında kalan vakitlerinin 3 ila 5 saatini dışarıda geçirmekteler. Bu vakitler daha çok ya evde yada dışarıda arkadaşlarla oyun oynayarak geçirilmektedir. Öğrenciler serbest zamanlarınızı verimli olarak değerlendiriyor musunuz sorusuna büyük bir çoğunlukla evet yanıtı vermişlerABSTRACT Changing seen in the socio-cultural and socio-economical structures concerns closely to all societies, as well as it forms one of the study areas of Sociology. In this respect, it's seen in Gediz which has a traditional structure that changing has been lived in social associations such as family, culture, economy and religion and this has effected the social structure. Especially, scanty in employment areas and insufficiency of agricultural areas need to interrogate the development opportunities of Gediz economy. In this respect, changing in the socio-cultural structure of the town puts forward going away from the traditions slowly and it brings the arrangements according to the present period. | |
dc.description.abstract | vıı ABSTRACT Time is a life criterion of living things. You can' t borrow or buy time and also you can't stop it but you can only save on time. Saving on time and supplying it efficiently and effectively can be achieved by education and people must balance their working life and timing for spending biological and physiological needs like resting or practising sports. Recreation is an action to do the activities that someone prefers voluntarily in his/her free time. And also these activities are economical powers in society, an important responsibility area of government and it must be accepted as a social institution that is an employment source for millions of people. In our research, we work on free time, recreation and improvement specialities, needs and interests of youth. Also we work on the free time activities of young's and what difficulties are they faced with. In the research, the former we tried to reach to primary services and the letter we prepared a poll with a group of 4567 pupils which are composed of men and women from specific elementary education institutions in Kütahya. Incomes of our research was calculated at the SPSS for Windows 9.0 statistics programme and it's frequency and percentage proportions woes presented with charts. According to the research results, it appeared that % 86 of both male and female pupils who attended to our poll have no health problem to join a social activity. It's seen that family members didn't join to social activities because of some particular reasons. The major reason is that; all members of families have to work in order to pay for all their needs, so they have no opportunity to join to social activities. It appeared that majority of the members of families who deal with and join to social activities have sisters or brothers and approximately % 50 of these families don't attend to any sports activities. Most pupils waste their time after school (3-5 hours) outside. They waste time playing games. And pupils answered the question `Do you save time Efficiently9` positive, most of them replied `yes` to this question. They also said that their teachers and families hadn't prevented them from social activities but also they had encouraged them for this. Male pupils said that they spent their free time practising sports andviii female pupils said that they spent their time practising sports, reading books or magazines. `What do you gain from free time activities?` question appeared that pupils gain new friends and environment. Pupils who don't attend to these activities think that they can't fell comfortable in that atmosphere so, they don't join to their friends. Pupils emphasised that they practice sports in their free time. And in sports branches, females usually deal with volleyball and % 50 of males prefer football. Because of these explanations, we understood that pupils spent their free time practing sports. In schools, the most favourite social activities are some kinds of sports. In our poll, we saw that % 40 of that schools have gyms and there are open basketball and volleyball areas in all schools. Also most of the students agree with the idea that physical education staff must be 2 hours in all schools and some pupils want more. Male pupils take themselves the sportsmen as a model and females their teachers. As a result, there is a requisite to increase sport fields and organisation for social activities to provide pupils for dealing and practising sports more in their free time. And also it must be supplied that pupils should be made conscious by education. | en_US |
