Ancak, bilgi teknolojilerinin sağladığı imkanlardan faydalanarak örgüt içinde organizasyonel öğrenme ortamı yaratan ve yine bilgi temelli bir ortamdan yararlanarak etkin ve hızlı karar alabilen işletmeler bu teknoloji transferini yeniliğe dönüştürebilecektir.VI ABSTRACT The principal aim of this study is to research the effects of the use of information technology on organizational innovation.
