dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, pirazol karboksilik asitlerin (4-benzoil-1-(3-nitrofenil)-5-fenil-1Hpirazol-3-karboksilik asit, 4-benzoil-1-(4-nitrofenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik asit, 4-(etoksikarbonil)-1,5-difenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik asit, 4-(etoksikarbonil)-1-(3-nitrofenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik asit, 4-(etoksikarbonil)-1-(4-nitrofenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik asit) stokiyometrik iyonlaşma sabitleri çeşitli etanol-su ortamlarında ( %50 etanol-%50 su, %60 etanol-%40 su, %70 etanol -%30 su ) potansiyometrik yöntemle tayin edilmiştir.Potansiyometrik titrasyon verilerinden yararlanarak BEST bilgisayar programı ile iyonlaşmasabitleri hesaplanmıştır. Titrasyonlar, 25±0,1°C'ta azot atmosferinde, 0,1 M NaCl'lü ortamdaORION 960 model otomatik titratör kullanılarak yapılmıştır.Ayrıca, pirazol karboksilik asitlerin asitliği üzerine yapı ve çözücü etkiside incelendi.Anahtar Kelimeler : Çözücü Etkisi, Etanol-Su Karışımı, İyonlaşma Sabiti, Pirazol KarboksilikAsit, Potansiyometri, Titrimetri.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, stoichiometric ionization constants of pyrazole carboxylic acids (4-benzoyl-1-(3-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid, 4-benzoyl-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid, 4-(ethoxycarbonyl)-1,5-diphenyl-1Hpyrazole-3-carboxylic acid, 4-(ethoxycarbonyl)-1-(3-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid, 4-(ethoxycarbonyl)-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid)were determined in several ethanol-water mixtures of 50, 60, 70 % ethanol (v/v) bypotentiometric titration method. Using the potentiometric titration data, ionization constantswere calculated by the aid of BEST computer programme. Titrations were performed in anionic strength of 0,1 M NaCl at 25±0,1°C by using ORION 960 automatic titrator in nitrogenatmosphere.Furthermore, the structural effect and solvent effect on the acidity of pyrazolecarboxylic acids were discussed.Key Words: Ethanol-water mixtures, ionization constants, potentiometry, pyrazole carboxylicacid, solvent effect, titrimetry.en_US
