Murat dağında yayılış gösteren Amaryllidaceae ve Iridaceae familyalarına ait bazı geofitler üzerine morfolojik, anatomik ve ekolojik incelemeler

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Batı Anadolu Bölümünde yer alan Murat Dağı'nda yayılış gösterenAmaryllidaceae ve Iridaceae familyalarına ait Galanthus elwesii Hooker , Crocus biflorus Millersubsp. pulchricolor (Herbert) Mathew, C. danfordiae Maw, C. chrysanthus (Herbert) Herbert, C.flavus Weston subsp. dissectus T. Baytop et Mathew ,C. speciosus Bieb. subsp. speciosus Bieb. , Irispurpureobractea B. Mathew et T. Baytop türleri belirlenen alanlarda periyodik arazi çalışmalarıylatoplanmıştır.Bu geofitlerin yetiştiği floralardan toprak örnekleri alınarak pH'ları ölçülmüş ve mineraliçerikleri belirlenmiştir. Morfolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Türlerin kök, gövde ve yaprakanatomileri çalışılmış, benzerlik ve farklılıklar ortaya konulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Amaryllidaceae,anatomi, Iridaceae, Murat Dağı.

In this study which are spread on the Mountain Murat which locates in West Anatolia Region,Galanthus elwesii Hooker , Crocus biflorus Miller subsp. pulchricolor (Herbert) Mathew, C.danfordiae Maw, C. chrysanthus (Herbert) Herbert, C. flavus Weston subsp. dissectus T. Baytop etMathew ,C speciosus Bieb. subsp. speciosus Bieb. Iris purpureobractea B. Mathew et T. Baytopspecies which belong to Amaryllidaceae and Irıdaceae families was collected by periodic land worksfrom the area was determined.The soil samples was taken from the floras which this geophytes grown, their pHes wasmeasured and their mineral contains was determined. Their morphologic characteristic was examined.Species? root, stem and leaf anatomy was worked on, the smilarities and differences pointed out.Keywords: Amaryllidaceae, anatomy, Iridaceae, Mountain Murat.
