İnterferon alfa-2b ile hipertrofik skar ve keloid tedavisi (Klinik deneysel çalışma)

Abstract

48 ÖZET Literatürde bir keloid olgusunda uygulanan interferon alfa - 2b ile altı hipertrofik skar ve altı keloid ' li olgu tedavi edildi. Tedavi etkinliği; literatürde ilk kez tedavi öncesi ve sonrası idrar hidroksiprolini, serum ve doku Ig ' leri, doku kollajeni ölçümleri ve histopatolojik değerlendirme ile belirlendi. Hipertrofik skarda % 65, keloidde ise % 50 başarılı sonuç elde edildi. Pahalı bir tedavi olması dışında bir dezavantajı olmayan interferon alfa - 2b' nin hipertrofik skar ve keloid tedavisinde gelecekte yaygın kullanım alanı bulacağına inanıyoruz. SUMMARY We treated 12 (6 hypertrophic scars and 6 keloids) patients with interferon alpha - 2b. We found only one case in the literature, which was treated with it. Clinical evaluation of the treatment was done with the blood and tissue immunoglobulins (G,A and M), urine hydroxyproline, tissue collagen, and histopathologic observations. This study will be the first report in the literature about using interferon alpha - 2b in hypertrophic scars and keloids. There are no disadvantages except expensiveness. We believe that the interferon alpha - 2b treatment will be used widely in hypertrophic scars and keloids.
