dc.description.abstract | This thesis study is prepared for helping leader to find own solutions, to design the future byidealized design concept and for the aim of leading. Suggestions in extent of thesis can be alsoused individually.Expectations of stakeholders (customers, suppliers, workers, partners, community) anddevelopnlents in business environment affect the aims of firms. Actually, a game has beenplaying in environlnent and firms perfornl in this game. As in all games, firills have to evaluatetheir situations and act well. Or the ones that can not keep pace with changes have to retreat.Firms have to consider the changes, determine the aims to iinplenlent thern, do their functions,product 1 market analysis, and determine their critical processes. By considering these goals,continuously they should scrutinize their structures to know theinselves well.Today, vision is perceived like a fashion trend. Leaders' vision perception con~plication,deficiencies in defining vision and difficulties in structuring ideal system which satisfies thevision causes many problems. Some leaders live the past or today and make decisions.Sometimes the results of these kinds of decisions may cause many problems in companies.Therefore, this thesis is explaining idealized redesign and its benefits against probleinaticdecision making structures.In classical planning approacl~y ou can not find the real reason of lack of motivation. In fact thereal reason is; less encouragetnent of creativeness of people. In facility of designing future, bythe reason of inaccurate participation, guessing that lack of motivation is depended on the knownsubjects give rise to errors. Participation of people in designing future process is a factor forincreasing motivation.Firms have to find out how they are going to do idealized design and optimal approaches formaking this design facility active by themselves.
