1,3-dioksasikloalkan alkilamino grupları içeren ligandların metal komplekslerinin sentezi ve karakterizasyonu

Abstract

OZ: Bu çalışmada, 6,7-0-siklohekziliden-l-amino-4-azaheptan (Lı) ve 5,6-0-siklohekziliden-l-amino-3-azahekzan (L2) ligandlan iki basamakta sentezlenmiştir. Daha sonra bu ligandlar ile çeşitli metallerin kompleksleri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen ligandlar birinci basamakta epiklorhidrin, siklohekzanon ile reaksiyona sokularak l-klor-2,3-0-siklohekziliden propan (1) hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci basamağında (1) bileşiğinin 1,3-diaminopropan ile reaksiyonu sonucunda (Lı) elde edilmiştir ve (1) bileşiğinin 1,2-diaminoetan ile reaksiyonu sonucunda (L2) elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü basamağında, (Lı) ve (L2) ligandlan ile Cu(ll), Ni(II) ve Co(II) kompleksleri hazırlandı. Bu komplekslerin yapılan ve özellikleri elementel analiz, İR, NMR, UV ve manyetik süsseptibilite yardımıyla aydınlatıldı. ABSTRACT: In this work, 6,7-0-cyclohexilidine-l-amino-4-azaheptane (Li) and 5,6-0-cyclohexilydine-l-amino-3azahexane (L2) ligands were synthesized in two steps. Then, various metal complexes were obtained with these ligands. At the first step, l-chloro-2,3-0-cyclohexlidine propane (1) was prepared by means of the reaction of the obtained ligands with the epichlorhydrine and cyclohexanone. At the second step, (Li) was obtained from the reaction of (1) with 1,3-diaminopropane and (L2) was obtained from the reaction of (1) with 1,2-diaminethane. At the third step, the complexes of Cu(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) with ligands (Li) and (L2) were prepared. The structures and properties of these complexes were investigeted by means of elementel analysis, IR, UV, NMR spectroscopy and magnetic sussceptibility measurmeuts.
