dc.description.abstractAnthemis tinctoria bitkisinin antibakteriyel aktivitesi incelendi.Bitkiden elde edilen maserasyon ekstresi, toplam metanol ekstresi vefraksiyonların bakterilere karşı aktivitesi belirlendi. Metanol ekstresi n-hekzan, diklormetan, etilasetat ve n-bütanol ile fraksiyonlandırıldı.Antibakteriyel aktivite çalışması için disk difüzyon yöntemi kullanılarakinhibisyon zonları ve aktivite gösteren ekstrelerin MIC ve MBCdeğerleri belirlendi. En fazla aktiviteyi diklormetan fraksiyonu gösterdi.Ayrıca bitkinin kalitatif analizi yapıldı.Anahtar Kelimeler: Anthemis tinctoria, Antibakteriyelaktivite, Kalitatif analiz, İnhibisyon zonu, MIC ve MBC.
dc.description.abstractAntibacterial activity of Anthemis tinctoria was investigated.Antibacterial activities of maceration extract, total methanol extract andfractions of Anthemis tinctoria against various bacteria were determined.Methanol extract was fractionated respectively with n-hexane,dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. Disc diffusion methodwas used for antibacterial activity study. Then zones of inhibition aroundthe disc were measured and extracts which are active were tested forMIC and MBC.
