Sunduğumuz çalışmada II. mertebeden singüler diferansiyel operatörlerin spektral karakteristikleri araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca verilen dizilere göre singüler Sturm-Liouville operatörlerin belirlenmesi ile ilgili teoremler ispatlanmıştır. Kuantum mekaniğinde, singüler potansiyelli alanda parçacıkların hareke tinin incelenmesi, Singüler Sturm-Liouville operatörlerin belirlenmesi problem lerinde önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Spectral characteristic of second order singular differential operators have been investigated. Moreover, according to given sequences, theorems which are related to determine of singular Sturm-Liouville operators have been proved.
