Bazı Lacertid türlerinde eritrosit hücreleri üzerine bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu tezde Çanakkale ve Hatay'dan toplanan bazı Lacertidae türlerinde (Lacertatrilineata, Lacerta laevis, Ophisops elegans) eritrosit ve nukleus büyüklükleri tespit edilerektürler arasında karılatırma yapılmıtır. ncelenen türler arasında eritrosit morfolojisi vebüyüklüklerine ait önemli sayılabilecek farklar bulunmamasına ramen en uzun eritrosithücrelerine Lacerta laevis'de; en geni eritrosit hücrelerine Lacerta trilineata'da; en büyükeritrosit hücrelerine Lacerta trilineata'da; en küçük eritrosit ise Ophisops elegans'da tespitedilmitir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Lacertidae, Lacerta trilineata, Lacerta laevis, Ophisops elegans, EritrositMorfolojisi ve Büyüklükleri.

Abstract: In this thesis, the sizes of erythrocyte and nucleus among certain Lacertidaespecies (Lacerta trilineata, Lacerta laevis, Ophisops elegans) which were obtained fromHatay and Çanakkale were identified and inter-species comparisons were made. Among thespecies identified, the longest erythrocyte cells were found in Lacerta laevis; the widesterythrocyte cells in Lacerta trilineata, the biggest erythrocyte cells in Lacerta trilineata andthe smallest erythrocyte in Ophisops elegans altought no significant differences in the sizesand morphology of erythrocyte were found at.Key words: Lacertidae, Lacerta trilineata, Lacerta laevis, Ophisops elegans, morphologyand sizes of erythrocyte.
