dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Oncorhynchus mykiss'in yumurta, sperm, larva ve diğergelişim evrelerinde yağ asit seviyeleri araştırılmıştır. Denemeler, sıcaklığı 9 - 13.5oC, oksijeni 6.7 - 8.8 mg/rı ve pH'sı 7 - 7.5 arasında değişen ortamdayürütülmüştür.Döllenmiş yumurtaların embriyonik gelişimi, larval dönemlerdekigelişimleri, 250 g porsiyonluk safhaya kadar izlenmiş ve bu safhalardan yağ asitanalizleri için örnekler alınmıştır. Yağ asit analizleri Gaz Kromatografisi KütleSpektrometresi ile yapılmıştır.Eşeysel olgunluğa erişmiş o. mykiss' de uzun zincirli aşırı doymamış yağasit yüzdelerinin üreme periyotlarına bağlı olarak önemli derecede azaldığı, buazalmanın özellikle C22:2, C22:5 ve C22:6 yağ asitlerinde olduğu saptanmıştır.o. mykiss'in tüm gelişim evrelerinde, yağ asit miktarlarındaki en belirgindeğişimler, döllenmiş yumurtalarda, C12:0, C16:2, C18:2, C20:1, C20:2, C20:3,C20:4, postlarval safhaya geçişte C16:0, C16:1, C18:0, C18:1, C20:1, C20:2, C20:3,C20:5, C22:0'ın yüzdelerinde düşüş, C14:0, C14:1, C16:2, C18:2, C18:3, C20:0,C20:4, C22:1, C22:2, C22:5, C22:6'nın yüzdelerinde ise artış meydana geldiğitespit edilmiştir.o. mykiss'in yumurtadan itibaren gelişimi izlenen bütün safhalarında, yağasit bileşiminde kalitatif olarak bir değişiklik belirlenememiştir. Ancak, C 18 :0,C18:1, C18:2, C20:5 ve C22:6 yağ asitlerinde kantitatif olarak önemlideğişimlerin olduğu saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, fatty acid levels of Oncorhynchus mykiss' eggs, sperm,larvae and other developmental stages were investigated. Experiments wereperformed in the water, the temperature of which İs between 9 and 13.5 oC, theoxygen level of which İs between 6.7 and 8.8 mg/rı, and the pH of which isbetween 7 and 7.5.Embryonic and larval development of fertilized eggs were followed until250 g portioned-stage and samples were taken from each stages to analyse fattyacid. Analysis of fatty acid were done by Gas Chromatography MassSpectrometry.The percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acid of mature o. mykisssignificantly decreased during reproduction period, particularly in C22:2, C22:5and C22:6. Throughout all the developmental periods of o. mykiss, suchİmportant changes as an increase İn the percentage of C12:0, C16:2, C18:2,C20:1, C20:2, C20:3, C20:4, C20:5, C22:0, C22:1, C22:5 and C22:6 and as adecrease in the percentage of C16:0, C18:0 and C18:1 were detemlined in theamounts of fatty acid of fertilized eggs. During the period of development fromthe post embryonic stage to early larval stage, it was observed an importantİncrease in C20:0, C20:3, C20:5, C22:0 and a decrease in C18:3, C22: ı. As forthe period of development from 43 day-prelarval stage to post larval stage at which yolk sac is absorbed, it was determined a decrease in the percentage ofC16:0, C16:1, C18:0, C18:1, C20:1, C20:2, C20:3, C20:5, C22:0 and an İncreasein the percentage of C14:0, C14:1, C16:2, C18:2, C18:3, C20:0, C20:4, C22:1,C22:2, C22:5, C22:6.In all the stages, the development of which from the beginning of theeggs is observed, no qualitative variation were determined in the fatty acidcomposition of o. mykiss. Yet, significant quantitative variation were detected inthe fatty acids ofC18:0, C18:1, C18:2, C20:5 and C22:6.en_US
