dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Penazopridin hidroklorür (PAP) adlı etken maddeninelelektrokimyasal indirgenme özelliği voltametrik yöntemler ile karbon pastaelektrot kullanılarak incelendi.Uygulanan voltametrik yöntemin doğruluk ve kesinliğini kontrol etmek amacıile ilaç tabletinden ve insan idrarından PAP'ın geri kazanım çalışmaları yapıldı veilaç tabletindeki PAP miktarı da belirlendi.Anahtar Kelimeler : Penazopridin hidroklorür (PAP), Voltametrik Yöntem,Osteryoung Kare Dalga Voltametrisi (OSWV), Karbon Pasta Elektrot, İlaçTabletleri, İnsan İdrarı
dc.description.abstractIn this study, electrochemical properties of active compounds namedPenazopridin hydrochloride (PAP) was investigated by voltammetric methods usingcarbon paste electrode.In order to check accucarcy and precision of applied voltammetric method,recovery experiment of Penazopridin hydrochloride (PAP) was carried out from thedrug tablet and human urine. Furthermore, the amount of Penazopridin hydrochloride(PAP) was determined in drug tablets.Keywords : Penazopridin hydrochloride (PAP), Voltammetric Method,Osteryoung Square-Wave Voltammetry (OSWV), Carbon Paste Electrode, Drugtablets, Human Urine.en_US
