dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada 4-nitrofenol, formaldehit ve sülfirik asit ile sulu ortamda etkileştirildi. Bir basamaklı reaksiyon sonunda 2,2'-metilenbis(4-nitrofenol) bileşiği (1) elde edildi. Bileşik (1)'in dietilenglikoldiklorür, 1,2-dibromoetan ve 1,3-dibromopropan ile reaksiyonlarından nitro taç eterler (2, 3 ve 4), bu bileşiklerin indirgenmesiyle amino taç eterler (5, 6 ve 7) sentezlendi. Amino taç eterlerin (5, 6 ve 7) 2-hidroksibenzaldehit, 5-substitue-2-hidroksibenzaldehit ve 2-hidroksi-1-naftaldehit ile reaksiyonundan Schiff bazı taç eterler (8?25) elde edildi. Schiff bazı taç eterlerin (8, 13, 14, 19, 20 ve 25) geçiş metali elementlerinin [Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) ve Zn(II)] iyonları ile etkileştirilmesinden, metal kompleksleri (8a?8f, 13a?13f, 14a?14f, 19a?19f, 20a?20f ve 25a?25f) sentezlendi. Ayrıca elde edilen tüm Schiff bazı taç eter ve komplekslerinin bakteri ve maya kültürlerine karşı antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri incelendi.Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları element analizi, kütle, FT-IR, UV-VIS., 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve DTA-TG spektrumları verilerinden faydalanılarak aydınlatıldı. | |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, 4-nitrophenol was interacted with formaldehyde and sulfuric acid in water media. 2,2-methylenebis(4-nitrophenol) (1) was obtained in one step reaction. The reactions of compound (1) with diethyleneglycoldichloride, 1,2-dibromoethane and 1,3-dibromopropane gave nitro crown ethers (2, 3 and 4), from which, amino crown ethers (5, 6 and 7) were obtained by reduction of these compounds. By the reaction of compounds (5, 6 and 7) with 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 5-substitue-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde, Schiff base crown ethers (8?25) were prepared. Metal complexes (8a?8f, 13a?13f, 14a?14f, 19a?19f, 20a?20f and 25a?25f) were synthesized from Schiff base crown ethers (8, 13, 14, 19, 20 and 25) with transition metal ions [Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) ve Zn(II)] in methanol. The antimicrobial activities of Schiff base crown ethers and their complexes were also screened invitro against the bacteria and yeast cultures.The structure of synthesized compounds and complexes were enlightened using data obtained from elemental analysis, MS, FT-IR, UV-VIS., 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and DTA-TG spectrums. | en_US |
