Bu çalışmada Mersin ili ve çevresinden toplanan, halk arasında yaygın olarak bazı hastalıkların tedavisinde kullanılan Ballota nigara subsp. anatolica, Hypericum monbrettii, Melisa oficinalis subsp. altisimma, Mentha spicata subsp. spicata, Mentha spicata subsp. tomentosa, Micromeria cilicica, Nepeta caesarea, Origanum vulgare subsp. hirtum, Salvia virgata, Salvia viridis, Stachys pseudopinardii bitkilerinin Soxhlet cihazında etanol ile ekstraksiyonu yapıldı. Ekstratlar çözücüsünden evaporatör ile ayrıldı. Ayrılan her ekstrenin DMSO' da 100 ppm' lik çözeltileri hazırlandı. Bu çözeltilerden 20?L, 40?L ve 50 ?L alınarak disk difüzyon yöntemi ile Bacillus cereus ATCC 7064, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Escherichia coli ATCC 10538, Escherichia coli ATCC 11230, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 6899, Pseudomonas aeroginosa ATCC 27853, Salmonella thyphimurium CCM 5445, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Candida albicans ATCC10239, Debaryomces hansenii DSM 70238, Kluyveromyces fragilis ATCC 8608, Rhodotorula rubra DSM 70403 test mikroorganizmalarına karşı antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri araştırıldı.Bulgulara göre, çalışmada kullanılan tüm bitkilerin kullanılan tüm test mikroorganizmalarına karşı antimikrobiyal aktivitelerinin özellikle de mayalara karşı oldukça etkili olduğu sonucuna varıldı.
In this study, the extraction of the plants of Ballota nigara subsp. anatolica, Hypericum monbrettii, Melisa oficinalis subsp. altisimma, Mentha spicata subsp. spicata, Mentha spicata subsp. tomentosa, Micromeria cilicica, Nepeta caesarea, Origanum vulgare subsp. hirtum, Salvia virgata, Salvia viridis and Stachys pseudopinardii which have been collected in the city of Mersin and around it, used commanly among the public in the cure of some illnesses, were done in the Soxhlet machine. The extracts were separated from its solvent with evaporator. The solutions with 100 ppm of each departed extracts were prepared in DMSO. The antimicrobial activities were investigated against the test microorganisims of Bacillus cereus ATCC 7064, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Escherichia coli ATCC 10538, Escherichia coli ATCC 11230, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 6899, Pseudomonas aeroginosa ATCC 27853, Salmonella thyphimurium CCM 5445, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Candida albicans ATCC10239, Debaryomces hansenii DSM 70238, Kluyveromyces fragilis ATCC 8608, Rhodotorula rubra DSM 70403 with the disc diffusion method by taking 20 µL, 40 µL and 50 µL from these solutions.According to findings, we reached a conclusion that the antimicrobial activities of the plants used in the study are effective to all the test microorganisms, especially very effective to the yeast.en_US
