dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Çanakkale ili tarım alanlarındaki topraklardan 56 aktinomiset kültürü izole edilmiştir. İzole edilen aktinomiset kültürlerinin Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P, Salmonella typhimurium TEM 5445, Escherichia coli ATCC 11230, Escherichia coli O157: H7, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 6337, Bacillus cereus ATCC 7064, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212, Serratia marcescens NRRL 3284, Kluyveromyces marxianus ATCC 16045, Rhodotorula rubra DSM 70403, Debaryomyces hansenii DSM 70238, Candida lypolitica ATCC 20234, Candida albicans ATCC 10239, Schizosaccharomyces pombe ATCC 24843 test mikroorganizmalarına karşı antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri araştırılmıştır.İzole edilen aktinomiset kültürlerinden 42' sinin antimikrobiyal aktivite gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. İzolatların % 67,85' inin Gram (+) bakterilere, % 50' sinin Gram (-) bakterilere, % 50' sinin mayalara, % 42,85' inin ise hem bakterilere hem de mayalara karşı etkili olduğu gözlenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, 56 actinomycetes cultures were isolated from farming soils of Canakkale Province. Antimicrobial activities of isolated actinomycetes cultures against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538P, Salmonella typhimurium TEM 5445, Escherichia coli ATCC 11230, Escherichia coli O157: H7, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 6337, Bacillus cereus ATCC 7064, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212, Serratia marcescens NRRL 3284, Kluyveromyces marxianus ATCC 16045, Rhodotorula rubra DSM 70403, Debaryomyces hansenii DSM 70238, Candida lypolitica ATCC 20234, Candida albicans ATCC 10239, Schizosaccharomyces pombe ATCC 24843 test organisms were investigated.Antimicrobial activity were determined from 42 of 56 isolated actinomycetes cultures. The effects were screened % 67,85 of isolated cultures against Gram (+) bacteria, % 50 against Gram (-) bacteria, % 50 against yeast cultures, % 42,85 against both bacteria and yeast cultures.en_US
