dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Metronidazol adlı ilaç etken maddenin elektrokimyasal indirgenme özelliği voltametrik yöntemler ile grafit elektrot kullanılarak incelendi.Uygulanan voltametrik yöntemin doğruluk ve kesinliğini kontrol etmek amacı ile ilaç tabletinden ve Metronidazol'ün geri kazanım çalışmaları yapıldı ve ilaç tabletindeki Metronidazol miktarı belirlendi.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, electrochemical properties of active compounds named Metronidazole was investigated by voltammetric methods using graphite electrode.In order to check accucarcy and precision of applied voltammetric method, recovery experiment of Metronidazole was carried out from the drug tablet. Furthermore, the amount of Metronidazole was determined in drug tablets.en_US
