dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada çift deşarj plazma polimerizasyon yöntemiyle polipirol ince film elde edildi. Deneylerde sadece pirol monomeri kullanıldı. Monomer, oda sıcaklığında 1 mbar basınç ve 2 kV DC voltaj ile 5 Hz frekanslı 19 kV darbeli voltaj altında, düz cam üzerine plazma polimerizasyonu yöntemi ile kaplama yapıldı ve daha sonra iletkenliğini arttırmak için iyot ile dop edildi.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, poylpyrrole thin films were synthesized by double discharge technique. At the experiment only pyrrole monomer was used. Thin film coating on glass plates was obtained at room temperature, 1.0 mbar pressure and applied volteges were the DC one, 2 kV and the pulsed one 19 kV at 5 Hz repetation rate. To increase the conductivity iodine doping was applied.en_US
