dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, donor katkılı simetrik GaAs-Ga1-xAlxAs kuantum kuyusu ve kuantum telinde impurity bağlanma enerjisi ve diamanyetik alınganlık etkin kütle yaklaşımında varyasyonel olarak, sistemin ayarlanabilir fiziksel parametreleri (kuyu genişliği, safsızlık atomunun konumu) ve dışarıdan uygulanan manyetik alanın bir fonksiyonu olarak hesaplandı.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, we have calculated the diamagnetic susceptibility and binding energy of the donor in symmetric GaAs-Ga1-xAlxAs quantum wells and quantum wires as a function of the impurity positions, dimensions of the structures and external magnetic field. The calculations were performed within the effective mass approximation, using a variational method.en_US
