dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, donor katkılı GaAs-GaAlAs kuantum kuyusunda dielektrik perdelemenin donor bağlanma enerjisi ve diamanyetik alınganlık üzerindeki etkisi etkin kütle yaklaşımı çerçevesinde varyasyonel hesap tekniği ile incelendi. Ayrıca farklı kuyu genişlikleri için safsızlık atomunun konumuna bağlı olarak bağlanma enerjisi ve diamanyetik alınganlık hesaplandı.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the effect of the spatial dependent screening on the donor binding energy and diamagnetic susceptibility is investigated in the frame work of the effective mass approximation using a variational method in the doped quantum well. Furthermore the donor binding energy and diamagnetic susceptibility is obtained as a function of the impurity position.en_US
