dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Zonguldak, Kozlu, Değirmenağzı Mevkiinden toplanan Campyliadelphus chrysophyllus (Brid.) Kanda ve Ctenidium molluscum (Hedw.) Mitt. karayosunlarının Soxhlet cihazında metanol, kloroform, etil asetat, etanol ile ayrı ayrı ekstraksiyonları yapıldı. Bu çözeltilerden 50 ?L alınarak disk difüzyon yöntemi ile Proteus vulgaris ATCC 6337, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 8427, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Escherichia coli ATCC 10536, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538-P, Staphylococcus epidermidis NRRL B ? 4877, Candida albicans ATCC 10239, Rhodotorula rubra DSM 70403, Debaryomyces hansenii DSM 70238, Klebsiella pneumoniae UC57, Bacillus cereus ATCC 7064, Citrobacter freundii, Serratia marcescens, Listeria innocua, metisiline dirençli Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), metisiline duyarlı S. aureus (MSSA), Enterococcus faecalis, Enterobacter cloacae, Proteus mirabilis ve Cryptococcus neoformans mikroorganizmalarına karşı antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri araştırıldı.Bulgulara göre Campyliadelphus chrysophyllus (Brid.) Kanda karayosununun Enterococcus faecalis bakterisine, Ctenidium molluscum (Hedw.) Mitt. karayosununun ekstreleri ise Enterobacter cloacae bakterisi üzerine antimikrobiyal aktivite göstermediği görülmüştür. Karayosunu türlerinin diğer tüm mikroorganizmalara karşı farklı seviyelerde antimikrobiyal aktivite gösterdikleri saptanmıştır.Anahtar sözcükler:Antimikrobiyal aktivite, disk difüzyon, karayosunu ekstraktları | |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, the extractions of the mosses of Campyliadelphus chrysophyllus (Brid.) Kanda and Ctenidium molluscum (Hedw.) Mitt. which have been collected in Değirmenağzı in Kozlu in Zonguldak, were separately done in the Soxhlet appratus with methanol, chloroform, ethyl acetate and ethanol. The antimicrobial activities were investigated against the test microorganisms such as Proteus vulgaris ATCC 6337, Proteus vulgaris ATCC 8427, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Escherichia coli ATCC 10536, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538-P, Staphylococcus epidermidis NRRL B ? 4877, Candida albicans ATCC 10239, Rhodotorula rubra DSM 70403, Debaryomyces hansenii DSM 70238, Klebsiella pneumoniae UC57, Bacillus cereus ATCC 7064, Citrobacter freundii, Serratia marcescens, Listeria innocua, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA), Enterococcus faecalis, Enterobacter cloacae, Proteus mirabilis and Cryptococcus neoformans with the disc diffusion method by taking 50 ?L from these solutions.According to findings Campyliadelphus chrysophyllus (Brid.) Kanda has not shown antimicrobial effect on Enterococcus faecalis. Also, Ctenidium molluscum (Hedw.) Mitt has not showed antimicrobial effect on Enterobacter cloacae. The mosses used in this study have antimicrobial effects against the other microorganisms in different levels.Key words: Antimicrobial activity, disc diffusion, extracts of mosses. | en_US |
