dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, düşük boyutlu yarıiletken sistemlerin temel özellikleri hakkında genel bilgiler verilerek kuantum kuyusunda bağlı enerji düzeyleri basınç altında hesaplanmıştır. GaAlAs/ GaAs kuantum kuyusunda 1s, 2s, 2p0 ve 2p± donor düzeyleri için bağlanma enerjisi kuyu genişliğinin fonksiyonu olarak etkin kütle çerçevesinde hesaplanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the main properties of the low dimensional semiconductors systems are given and then the bound states in the quantum well are calculated under the hydrostatic pressure. Furthermore, the binding energy of the hydrogenic donor states, 1s, 2s, 2p0 and 2p±, of the GaAlAs/ GaAs quantum well under the applied hydrostatic pressure is calculated as a function of the well width, in the framework of the effective mass approximation.en_US
