dc.description.abstract33 6 - ÖZET Bu çalışmada karsinojenik ve mutajenik etki leri bilinen, nitrozolu bileşiklerden biri olan DENA'nın, L-J4,5(n) - 3H I izolösinin insan erit rosit membranından transportuna etkisi araştırıldı. OENA'sız yapılan kontrol deneylerinde H - işaretli L-izolösin*in insan eritrosit membranından transportunun zamanla doğrusal olarak arttığı göz lendi. Değişen derişimlerde OENA verilerek yapılan inkübasyonlarda ise DENA'nın H-işaretli L-izolö - sinin eritrosit membranından transportunu engelle yici yönde etkide bulunduğu, DENA derişimi arttık ça, aminoasit taşınmasındaki inhibisyonun da buna bağlı olarak arttığı gözlendi. Sonuç olarak, DENA'nın tüm canlı sistemlerde çeşitli olumsuz etkilerinin yanında, eritrosit memb ranından aminoasitlerin transportunu da inhibe ettiği gözlendi.
dc.description.abstract34 7. SUMMARY IN VITRO INVESTIGATION OF THE EFFECT OF DIETHYLNITRO- SAMINE ON THE L- I SO LEU CINE TRANSPORT THROUGH THE HUMAN RED BLOOD CELL MEMBRANE In this work, the effect of DENA, a nitro - sara ine with carcinogenic and mutagenic effects on the izoleucine L- 4,5(n) - H transport through the human red blood cell membrane has been inves - tigated. In the control experiments carried out without DENA, it was observed that the transport of L- iso- leucine marked H through the human red blood cell membrane increased in direct ratio to the period of duration. As for the incubations made using DENA in varying concentrations, it was observed that this had an inhibitory effect on the transport of L-isoleucine marked H through the human red blood cell membrane and, with the increase of DENA con - centrations, aminoacid transportation inhibition increased consequently. In conclusion, it has been observed that DENA, besides its various harmful effects on all human systems, also inhibits the aminoacid transportation through the human red blood cell membrane.en_US
