Kızılırmak sağlık ocağında doktorlarca verilen reçetelerin hastalar tarafından uygulanıp uygulanmamalarının izlenmesi ve bunu etkileyen etmenler

-53- 7- ÖZET 1.1.1990 - 31.1.1990 tarihleri arasında Sivas Kızıl ırmak sağlık Ocağında yapılan bu araştırmada, ocak doktor- larınca verilen reçetelerin hastalar tarafından uygulanıp uygulanmadıkları ve bunu etkileyen nedenler incelenmiştir. 150 hasta üzerinde yapılan bu araştırmada, hastala rın <f> 76* sının doktorun yazdığı ilaçları satın aldığı, ilaç larını satın alan hastalardan ise # 57* sinin ilaçlarını dü zenli kullanmadığı görülmüştür. Aile Reisinin eğitim düzeyi yükseldikçe ilaçların düzenli kullanılması da artmıştır. Has tanın yaşı ve cinsiyeti ilaç alınımını etkilememiştir. İlacını alamayanlardan j£ 55.6» sının gerekçesi maddi durumlarının iyi olmayışıdır. Ebe ve hemşirelerin ailelere ilaçlar konusunda eğitim yapmadıkları belirlenmiştir. Toplumun eğitim ve gelir düzeyinin yükseltilmesi dok- torlarca yazılan reçetelerin eczaneden satın alınmasına ve düzenli kullanılmasına katkıda bulunabilir. Ayrıca, hekim ve hemşirelerin / ebelerin ilaç kullanımı konusunda halkı eğit meleri yararla, olacaktır.

-54- S Ü M M A R Y INVESTIGATION ABOUT THE APPLICATION OP PRESCRIPTIONS BY THE DOCTORS OF THE KIZILIRMAK HEALTH CENTRE AND FACTORS AFFECTİNG IT in this investigation made between 1.1. 1990- 31. 1.1990 at the Kızılırmak Health Centre of Sivas, it has been attemp ted to determine to what extent the doctors prescriptions were applied by the patients and the causes involved. Of the 150 patients investigated it was established that 76 fo of the patients bought the drugs prescribed by the doctors. But it was observed that 57 $ of the patients buying the drugs prescribed did not use these in a regular manner. Regular drug usage increased parallel to an increase to the educational level of the head of the family, patients' sex had no effect on drung purchase. Of the patients who could not buy drugs, 55.6 ş£ said that this was because of poor economic conditions. Nurses didn»t have an effective role in ede eating the family on drug usage. Improvement in the educational and ecomonic levels of the community may contribute to purchase and/use regular of drugs prescribed by the doctors. In addition, it will be of help that the doctors and nurses enlighten the people on drug usage.
