İzole Anti-HBc pozitifliği bulunan kan donörlerinde HBV DNA`nın araştırılması

Abstract

Sivas yöresinde Şubat-Haziran 2008 tarihlerinde kan donörü olarak kabul edilen 987 bireyin serumunda anti-HBc (total) oranının belirlenmesi ve izole anti-HBc pozitifliği bulunan serumlarda HBV DNA varlığının araştırılması amaçlandı. Serumlarda Anti-HBc, Anti-HBs, Anti-HBc IgM, HBeAg/Anti-HBe göstergeleri mikro ELISA ile, HBV DNA real time PCR (Qıagen, Corbett Research) ile araştırıldı.Çalışma sonunda 987 serumun 209'unda (%21.1) anti-HBc pozitif bulundu. Anti-HBc pozitif 209 serumun 33'ünde (%15.7) anti-HBs negatif, anti-HBs negatif 33 serumun 7'sinde anti-HBeAg, tamamında ise, anti-HBcIgM ve HBeAg negatif olarak saptandı. Böylece çalışılan serumların 26'sında (%2.6) izole anti-HBc profili bulunurken, birinde (%0.01) HBV DNA'sı (61 copies/ml, 8.7 IU/ml) belirlendi.İzole anti-HBc profili taşıyan kan donörlerinin HBV'nü bulaştırma riski taşıdığı, bu durumun ülkemizde kan bankacılığı açısından dikkate alınmasının gerektiği sonucuna varıldı.Anahtar kelimeler: Kan donörü, İzole Anti-HBc, HBV DNA

In February-June 2008, in Sivas region, in the sera of 987 individuals accepted as a blood donor, it was aimed to search HBV DNA existence and determine the rating of anti-HBc (total) in the sera containing is plated anti-HBc positiveness. In the sera, it was also searched anti-HBc, anti-HBs, anti-HBc IgM, HBeAg/ Anti-HBe markers with micro ELISA, HBV DNA with Real-time PCR (Qiagen, Corbett Research).In the end of study, it has been found (% 21.1) anti-HBc positive in the 209 sera out of 987 sera. It has been determined in the 33 sera out of 209 positive sera as (% 15.7) anti-HBs negative, in the 7 sera out of 33 sera as anti-HBeAg, in total of them as anti-HBc IgM and HBeAg negative.Acordingly, as it has been found (% 2.6) isolated anti-HBc profile in the 26 sera which were worked on, (% 0.01) HBV DNA as (61 copies/ 8.7 IU/mL) has been determined only one of them.It has been concluded that blood donors carrying isolated anti-HBc profile have the risk of HBV infection and acordingly this matter has to be put into consideration related to blood banking in our country.Key words: Blood donor, Isolated anti-HBc, HBV DNA
