Modern sonrası paradigmaların örgüt kuramı ve örgüt çalışmalarına yansımaları

Abstract

Özet Post-modern ve postmodern terimlerine çeşitli anlamlar verilmektedir. Post-modern terimi sanayi kapitalizminde bir dönüşüme işaret etmektedir. 1960'ların sonundan günümüze post modern kuramlar mantığım kritik etmeksizin, endüstrileşmenin uygulama ve biçimlerine üretim temelinde odaklanmaktadır. Bazı kaynaklarda post-modern paradigma üretim biçimlerinde teknolojinin etkisini ele alırken, diğerleri sanayi ekonomisinden hizmet ekonomisine geçişi ele almaktadır. Bu kuramların genellikle endüstri ötesi üzerine `modernist bir perspektifi` yansıttığı söylenebilmektedir. Diğer taraftan, postmodern paradigma üretim, pazarlama yöntemlerine ve ekonomik analizlere daha az odaklanırken bu sistemlerin oluşturulmasında kullanılan dil uygulamalarına (söylem)ise daha fazla odaklanmaktadır. Bunun da ötesinde bu yaklaşım `gerçek`in sosyal bir etkileşim ürünü olduğunu ileri sürmektedir. Postmodern perspektif evrensel bilimsel doğruların, dil oyunları, paradigmalar, metaforlar, gelenekler, söylemler ve dünya görüşleriyle ortaya çıktığını vurgulamaktadırlar. Kısaca, postmodernlerin çalışmaları bizi örgütler hakkında farklı düşünmeye çağırmaktadır. Bu çalışma post-modern/postmodern paradigmaların Türkiye'deki akademik örgüt çalışmalarına yansımalarını inceleyen bir araştırmayı kapsamaktadır.

A bs tract The term `post-modem` and `postmodern` have been given numerous meanings possible. The term post-modern indicates a shift in the structure of industrial capitalism. Since the late I960' s post-modern theories focus on the forms and practices of industrialism at the level of production, without critically examining the logic of industrialism. In some texts while the post-modern paradigm is used to refer to different ways of manufacturing goods with the help of technology, another group focuses on the shift from a manufacturing economy to a service economy. In general these theories are proposed to reflect a `modernist perspective` on the post-industrial. On the other hand, postmodern paradigm has focused less on methods of manufacturing, marketing and economics analysis and more on the language practices (discourse) used constituted these systems. Moreover, this approach raises the possibility that `reality` is itself a product of social interaction. Postmodern perspective point out that universal scientific truths have created through the operation of: language games, paradigms, metaphors, traditions, discourses or worldviews and so on. Shortly, Postmodern' s works challenges us to think differently about organizations. This study covers a research analysing reflections and possible effects of post modern/postmodern paradigms on the academic organisation studies in Turkey. VI
