dc.description.abstractÖZET Bu çalışmada Denizli-Tavas töresinden temin edilen mangan cevheri önce kalsine edildi ve kızdırma kayıpları hesaplandı. Daha sonra asetik asitte çözündürüldü. Çözünmeye etki eden parametrelerden sıcaklık, katı-sıvı oranı, asit konsantrasyonu, karıştırma hızı arttığında ve tanecik boyutu küçüldüğünde arttığı, katı-sıvı oranının artmasıyla azaldığı gözlendi. Kinetik hesaplamaları sonucu çözünmenin kimyasal kontrollü olduğu bulundu. Aktivasyon enerjisi 22.121 kj/mol olarak hesaplandı. *.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT: At this work, manganese substance obtained from Denizli - Tavas region firstly calcined and the ignition losses were calculated. Then it has been dissolved in dilute asetic acid. Parameters of temperature, solid - liquid ratio, acid concentration, mixing rate and grain size affecting to dissolve were investigated. It has been observed that the dissolve rate increased when the temperature, acid concentration and mixing rate increased and when the grain size decreased. It has also been observed that the dissolve rate decreased when the solid - liquid ratio increased. ft As a result, it was found that the dissolution is chemically - controlled model. The activation energy for dissolution of manganese was calculated as 22,121 kj/mol. *en_US
