dc.description.abstract | ÖZETDEM RKÖPRÜ VE AVŞAR BARAJLARINDAN ALINAN BALIK, SU VE SED MENTÖRNEKLER NDE BAZI AĞIR METAL KONSANTRASYONLARININ BEL RLENMESAnahtar kelimeler: Ağır Metal, Baraj, Cyprinus carpio, SedimentBu çalışmada Ege Bölgesinde yer alan Demirköprü ve Avşar barajlarında belirlenen dörtistasyondan su, sediment ve balıklardan Cyprinus carpio örnekleri alınmış ve Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni,Pb gibi ağır metallerin değerleri araştırılmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre, su örneklerinde Cd 0,00008 - 0,00102ppm ;Cr 0,00476 -0,00642 ppm; Cu 0,01 - 0,0157 ppm ; Fe 0,26206 - 0,97317 ppm; Ni0,00448 - 0,0155 ppm ; Pb 0,00523 - 0,0195 ppm, sediment örneklerinde, Cd 0,70- 0,82 ppm;Cr 3,58- 14,48 ppm ; Cu 9,3- 29,29 ppm; Fe 12631- 25268 ppm; Ni 7,41- 29,99 ppm ; Pb 2,44-6,5 ppm ; C.carpio örneklerinde, Cd , kasta 0,17- 0,44 ppm; solungaçta 0,15- 0,57 ppm; mide-bağırsakta 0,15- 0,43; hava kesesinde 0,71- 0,72 ppm; kalpte 0,49- 0,74 ppm; karaciğerde0,40- 0,96 ppm ; Cr, kasta 1,18- 2,84 ppm; solungaçta 1,25- 1,61 ppm; mide- bağırsakta 0,62-1,77; hava kesesinde 0,42- 0,94 ppm; kalpte 0,27- 1,07 ppm; karaciğerde 0,83- 1,26 ppm; Cu,kasta 3,55- 3,85 ppm; solungaçta 3,83- 3,94 ppm; mide- bağırsakta 3,03- 5,80; hava kesesinde3,49-8,88 ppm; kalpte 2,52- 12,00 ppm; karaciğerde 4,02- 9,73ppm; Fe, kasta 16,55-34,96ppm; solungaçta 54,77- 203,7 ppm; mide- bağırsakta 64,06- 396,9; hava kesesinde 30,82- 71,3ppm; kalpte 85,63- 118,05 ppm; karaciğerde 27,48- 94,27 ppm; Ni, kasta 1,27- 3,16 ppm;solungaçta 3,52- 3,91 ppm; mide- bağırsakta 0,69- 3,23; hava kesesinde 1,05- 1,42 ppm;kalpte 2,96- 3,99 ppm; karaciğerde 4,02- 7,00 ppm; Pb, kasta1,58- 2,14 ppm; solungaçta 1,67-3,11 ppm; mide- bağırsakta 2,49- 3,61; hava kesesinde 1,00- 5,81 ppm; kalpte 1,62- 2,53 ppm;karaciğerde 3,29- 3,42 ppm arasındaki değerlerde bulunmuştur.Analiz sonuçlarına göre ağır metal düzeylerinin sıralanışı suda; Fe > Pb > Cu > Ni > Cr> Cd , sedimentte; Fe > Ni > Cu > Cr > Pb > Cd, Demirköprü barajındaki C.carpioörneklerinde, kasta Fe > Cu > Ni > Cr > Pb > Cd ; solungaçta Fe > Ni > Cu > Pb > Cr > Cd ;mide- bağırsakta Fe > Cu > Pb > Ni > Cr >Cd; hava kesesinde Fe > Pb > Cu > Ni > Cr >Cd ;kalpte Fe > Ni > Pb > Cu > Cr >Cd; karaciğerde Fe > Cu > Ni > Pb > Cr > Cd şeklinde, Avşarbarajındaki C. carpio örneklerinde, kasta Fe > Cu > Pb > Ni > Cr > Cd ; solungaçta Fe > Cu> Ni > Pb >Cr > Cd ; mide- bağırsakta Fe > Cu > Pb > Ni > Cr >Cd; hava kesesinde Fe > Cu> Ni > Pb >Cd >Cr ; kalpte Fe > Cu > Ni > Pb > Cd > Cr ; karaciğerde Fe > Cu > Ni > Pb >Cd > Cr şeklinde bulunmuştur.Elde edilen bu değerler ,uluslararası kuruluşlarca verilen tolere edilebilir değerlerlekarşılaştırılmış ve metal değerlerinin zararsız ve düşük olduğu saptanmıştır.X | |
