dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, tek adımda halka açılması ve RAFT polimerleşmesine uygun bir ajan, 1,2-propandiol-3-etil ksantegonat sentezi, 3-kloro-1,2-propandiol ve potasyum-o-etil ksantegonat kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu ajan ile e-kaprolakton (e-CL) ve vinil benzil klorür (VBC) tek adımda polimerleştirilerek PCL-b-PVBC blok kopolimer elde edilmiştir.Çalışmanın ikinci kısmında elde edilen PCL-b-PVBC blok kopolimer, potasyum-o-etil ksantegonat ile reaksiyona sokularak, blok kopolimerin sarkan klor uçlarına etil ksantegonat bağlanmış ve yeni bir makro RAFT ajanı sentezi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen makro RAFT ajanı ile 2-(dimetilaminoetil) metakrilat (DMAEMA)'ın RAFT polimerizasyonu ile PCL-b-PVB-g-PDMAEMA graft kopolimeri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen tüm polimer ürünleri GPC, NMR, FT-IR, UV-VIS, DSC ve TGA teknikleri kullanılarak karakterize edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, a novel RAFT agent, 1,2-propanediol-3-ethyl xanthogenate, was synthesized, which was obtained through the reaction of 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol with the potassium salt of ethyl xanthogenate, in order to use ring opening and RAFT one pot polymerization of e- caprolactone (e-CL) and vinyl benzyl chloride (VBC). PCL-b-PVBC block copolymers were synthesized using this novel RAFT agent by the simultaneous ROP and RAFT polymerization of the reactants in one-step.In the second step of the work, chloride side groups of PCL-b-PVBC was reacted with potassium salt of ethyl xanthogenate to obtaine a new macro RAFT agent. Then, macro RAFT agent obtained by this way was reacted with 2-(dimethylaminoethyl) methacrylate (DMAEMA) in order to obtain PCL-b-PVBC-g-PDMAEMA comb type heterograft copolymer. The obtained polymer products were characterized by using GPC, NMR, FT-IR, UV-VIS, DSC and TGA techniques.en_US
